I have been using Google Workspace for the last 4 years for my startup. This tool is very easy to use because we all are aware of Google Products like Gmail, Sheets, Slides, Docs and Drive. These tools make our work very handy and collaborative with other teammates. So, on POV this is a useful tool for me.

Google Workspace is no doubt a useful tool, but there are some limitations for product management because with Google Workspace I can't manage the Product & Project management. This Google Workspace is a bit expensive.

Google Workspace is solving multiple problems under one roof we can use Gmail for emailing, Calendar for Invites and Agenda, Docs for Documentation and presentations, manage Spreadsheets for Excel work and do a video conference with Google Meet.

It collects the data as soon as possible compared to other SIEM tools.

Right now i didn't find any flaws in the chronicle.

Google workspace's all application work on autosave model which is help in reduce file saving time and interface of application is very user friendly where easily user get it learn and work on it more effectively. We are easily integarte with other platform. And google customer support is amazing. They are very friendly and solving issues very effectively.

I feel google workspace take sometime more time to load the files. We can make it fast.

Previouly we are using microsoft Suite of office work, during working time if system is switched off due to certain reason like electricity or system hang, in this case our data is not saved on which we are working, But in Google workspace file or data is autosaved that saved our lots of time.

The only downside of Google Workspace is the the familiarity of the users esp. to those companies who just migrated from Microsoft or others. It takes some time to study and familiarize the features Google Workspace offers. After getting used to, the convenience will come after.

The best thing about Google Workspace is that it has some of the most efficient tools one have free of charge or at low cost. Compared to other software, Google Workspace is very compatible with Chrome browser with ease of use and efficiency. It can be best set of Office suite applications available apart from Microsoft Outlook features.

At the moment, I can't find anything on Google Workspace I can comment on because it provides everything as a collaborative workspace and office suite.

This google cloud help us for various task like sentiment analysis, entity Regocnition, text anotation, as a developer I don't to do much more code for our NLP project this API help to perform these task very easy with high accuracy.

I worked on the Course recommendation project using NLP with our team We used Google cloud NLP API and this help very well it remove all stopper and create connection between course and rating of course and help to create the model with accuracy of 94 percent.

Vertex AI is basically google's collection of all AI and ML services in one place. You can use it for ML models and Gen AI applications. most of the services are very easy to use and are self explanatory. And talking about frequency of use, I have used it about 3 or 4 times , all in my projects. Since it is a relatively new product, its customer support is not that great but you can get all you need to know, from online forums.

One thing which I dont like about Vertex AI is that it takes a good amount of time to set up. for example, if you want to change your model from locally deployed to production environment, you need to tweak the settings to get it to work but once it is done, it is low maintainence. So the ease of integration could be easier, but again, production environments are generally difficult to configure. Customer support was okay.

Since Vertex AI is Google's All in one solution for all ML and AI tasks, it has actually helped me and the best part is that whatever you need, it is probably already in it.

Data storage and pre process, Google cloud BigQuery is a platform which is reliable and storage the serverless database for storage of data and process the data, It is managed the multiple query at the same time and complex data. They are many feature in the GCP to use frequently for the web developers

I didn't find any cons about the Google cloud BigQuery expect the UI. Whenever i do run multiple query from the different database it will be lagging

The Vertex AI workbench provides a miriad of options to customize your workbook according to your needs, it is easy to allocate and implement. It runs on Jupyter environment hence has optimized performance. It is also easy to integrate with google services like Cloud Bucket or Natural Language API.

There is a minor issue while restarting the kernel which causes a slight inconvenience, but it can be avoided by carefully running the cells diligently.

I think it provides a great platform to play with your ML skills as you can easily create a data pipeline by the resources available, also you can get a hands on experience from the existing notebooks present there.

Honestly, there is nothing to dislike in this except for unavalibility of certain zones at times of high traffic but that is not the highlighted issue as it is trivial for any cloud product.
