The best part about Zoho is that there is an offline survey option. It is a big help because you can create surveys without having to go online.

There is a bad integration with Google Sheets. Our firm has experienced issues with the integration. There were some unanswered questions because the user took different paths and when we looked at the sheets some questions were unanswered. This was a slight wrinkle in the program but nothing major.
