Zoho Survey is one of the best survey tool that we have acquired yet to build up customized surveys for our feedback campaigns. We can also easily share them with the recipients and also can also forecast the responses in a reliable way. All of the responses and feedbacks can easily be seen in analytical or graphical ways giving us a brief overview of the whole activities going on. With the survey templates , we can also quickly amend or generate a user friendly or responsive campaign.

There's not much to dislike in it, but the deployment stage is a bit time taking and a complex procedure. Additionally the campaigns on higher scale level, costs us massively in different ways. We can't even distinguish between few responses and things gets complicated over time. Although it's a total relief from all those hectic work of going through different feedback surveys and can be get done in instant ways.

Zoho Survey has topped our list for its reliability to choose from different options and design the surveys according to our requirements and needs. This software is very enjoyable to install and use. You can often experience this to test staff and anonymous surveys. There are many options you can choose when setting questions. we have used this product on recommendation and have used it many times. It provides a great option for tracking KPIs and feedback. It was also nice to fully personalize the look and feel of each questionnaire.

On the downside, I can express the price at first. I really just need the site for the trial and it is my most natural right to get more responses without having to go yearly. If this product works well for me then I would consider going yearly.

This application is well thought out software that grows and adapts to your needs. We use the CRM tool to reduce cost from a tough competitor, and I can't believe how many tools are available. For small and medium-sized businesses I think it may be preferred.

It's simple user interface and the zoho survey offers many different question types for creators. Publishing surveys is easy to do. user friendly and Survey scoring is a great feature. It has a large number of surveys that are free and customization.Live tracking and communicating of survey results. It's good start. and feedback is good option for try to understand the person.

The pricing is a little high to clutch than other products. Customization is not as flexible when compared to other products. the normal survey analysis could be a little easier to use. Poor customer service. I think its high cost for what you guys giving to customers. Country like India or other having so much of other option so you have to consider about the price.

Zoho Survey is used by the Human resource and sales department. So the customer service and guidance it lacks a lot. The same with those emails from the technical support team as they took so long to get back to you on anything. This is the problem I'm heard about from my team.

This tool has easy features to use with imminent ways to handle the surveys. We can use it in different ways to gather all the feedbacks and preset templates can also be used to save time and improve efficiencies in the overall working.

This tool has all the required features which are somewhat necessary to promote the ways we interact with our audiences to gather reviews and feed backs. Some of the certain attachments like videos or images does not work properly, or often there are errors in data retrieving. All these things combined downgrade this tool in specific ways. The market value of this tool is also low as compared to other tools. We have also faced issues in integrating this platform with some of the other certain tools.
