1). I've had the pleasure of using a variety of social media platforms and one of the challenges that you usually have of course is the pricing & the fluidity of the system itself. I think that it is really been convenient for me and made it is easier to simplify information via cross-platform as easily as possible. 2). Zoho also adds a cost-effective & value-added way to conveniently convey your messages while also controlling scheduling.

¿Qué es lo que no te gusta de Zoho ¿Social?

3). Finally, the interface is very simplistic and could use slight improvement but they are always improving their services and that's what makes it very unique because while you're growing as a small business owner you're not paying for services that you don't need. You're paying for elements that will get you to the next level of tools that you need at your own growth pace & the social analytics are a plus! Zoho Social is really a great tool for a business owner.

It's a great time-saver! & It's a way to schedule posts when you simply have not time!

I like the reporting feature the best, as it makes it easy to deliver custom statistics to our clientele. Also, the pricing model for this platform I feel is correctly priced and the ability to add profiles as necessary to the billing plan is awesome.

¿Qué es lo que no te gusta de Zoho ¿Social?

I am not a massive fan of how it only updates once every night, making it difficult to manage the pages throughout the day.

It is very beneficial to be able to provide abundant and accurate statistics to my clients, with it still being relatively hassled free for myself.

Zoho Social is one of the amazing tools I have used for Social Media Marketing. Very easy to use and easy to analyze. Zoho Social is the best platform to share social media post. Due to social media posting our sales have increased and also received huge traffic. my website nitechstainless.com is now a big website. Zoho social help me to improve my website and also give me high traffic and fast posting ability on social media posting. A good way to manage multiple social media accounts through one interface. Like being able to schedule posts and see feedback. The one drawback is for Twitter posts, it only lets you type up to the character limit for one post. Directly in Twitter, you can chain posts to send all at once beyond the limit. You can't do that with Zoho. Zoho Social is one of the most cost-effective social media management tool out there in the market. Not only the pricing, but the services offered by Zoho are also great for brands wanting to manage all their social media at one place. I especially liked their reports section which has a lot of easily understandable graphics to understand the performance of your post and the growth of your pages.

Need some more Social account like Pinterest, Tumblr and many more.

que es lo que mas te gusta de Zoho ¿Social?

I've been searching high and low for a user-friendly, social media planner and scheduler platform that provides beautiful, automated PDF reporting and basic analytics BUT doesn't cost hundreds (or thousands!) of dollars for our mom-and-pop small business to use. After using Hootsuite as my go-to platform for clients when I was a professional social media marketer, I've watched its number of free features and benefits slowly decline while its prices and subscription plans trend upward. And while there's something to be said of Hootsuite's features and usability, its latest subscription pricing is rather prohibitive for small businesses or DIY-social media managers. ZH also integrates nicely with Bit.ly for easy link-shortening and URL click tracking, which allows for another lens through which users can view their social engagement analytics, albeit on Bit.ly's app or website. Zoho Social's mobile app is another selling point: It's relatively lightweight and glitch-free and makes it easy to save articles or other web content as drafts that can be scheduled as future social posts, etc. (FYI: I can't speak for the Android app as I've only used the iOS/iPhone version of ZS's mobile app...)

The Instagram analytics (and possibly ZH's Instagram integration as a whole) are unremarkable. I also found the "CustomQ" vs. "SmartQ" scheduling options confusing and feel that the "SmartQ" feature needs more work. I've been using ZS regularly for over a month now and our SmartQ/Best Time to Tweet suggestions don't seem very accurate, though it's possible that after using ZS for a longer period of time, the SmartQ could indeed be smarter...

Zoho Social integrates with all the right social networks that our business uses regularly, and dashboards are very clean, uncluttered and can be easily checked on the fly or at a glance. Bottom line: As a small independent business with a limited tech and marketing budget, we're seriously considering upgrading to a paid, pro plan in the near future!

Cost to value and the ease of use. Zoho is very easy to setup and start using with very little need for training (which is great when you are supporting clients with very little experience). I've been using the platform for years and have been very pleased with it and the support.

Not as many capabilities as the more popular tools-- but again, cost to value (and ease of use), Zoho is one of the better social media management tools I've found at the cost.

Quickly, efficiently, and easily standing up multiple client platforms. I've been using the platform for several years with multiple clients-- NPO's and higher education. Where Zoho may miss some of the bells and whistles of higher priced platforms, it has been a great tool for me these past several years.

This platform is VERY easy to use, intuitive, and integrates seamlessly with social media platforms. I'm still learning about all the features, but for the price, I couldn't be happier about the value we're getting from the tool. It pulls in analytics with ease, has super easy posting tools, and offers more than enough functionality.

¿Qué es lo que no te gusta de Zoho ¿Social?

Very few things I would be able to find that I dislike. If anything, maybe some features to edit/crop content that is specific to each social media platform when posting. But, again, I wouldn't expect that given the pricepoint.

It helps us consolidate anaytics, schedule content, and post content all from one central hub. It has helped us become more organized with our social content and key metrics.

The lack of Pinterest integration is disappointing, however I have been told that they're currently working on developing and integrating the service. Being limited to singular 'brands' is also a bit annoying, meaning I need to upgrade in order to manage both my products brand and my company's..

We were finding it hard to organise and analyse our social media marketing efforts. Zoho Social allows us to spend a few hours a week writing up marketing posts and schedule them to post when our audience will most likely see them. Their analytics tools are very useful for tailoring our posts and are the best in class for the cost of the software.
