This platform is VERY easy to use, intuitive, and integrates seamlessly with social media platforms. I'm still learning about all the features, but for the price, I couldn't be happier about the value we're getting from the tool. It pulls in analytics with ease, has super easy posting tools, and offers more than enough functionality.

Very few things I would be able to find that I dislike. If anything, maybe some features to edit/crop content that is specific to each social media platform when posting. But, again, I wouldn't expect that given the pricepoint.

It helps us consolidate anaytics, schedule content, and post content all from one central hub. It has helped us become more organized with our social content and key metrics.

Really useful and effective tool that allows to not only schedule or social media posts, but also track performance on all of our platforms on a single dashboard.

I found the pricing structure of Zoho Social to be slightly on the higher side compared to some other social media management tools in the market. While the platform offers a solid set of features, the cost may be a limiting factor for small businesses or individuals on a tight budget.

It is allowing us to schedule all social media posts across several platforms with ease. Previously, we have used Hootsuite and Later, but their free version has slowly became less useful and more expensive.

The learning curve is super low. It has a super intuitive user interface and it allows you to track important information across social channels.

Not much to dislike, would be nice to have the option to add more than one brand.

I can keep track of all my socials in one place, get insights thought analytics and create my content calendar in the same place.

Zoho has made it easy for me to post to all the social media platforms I use on a daily basis all day long instead of just occasional posts here and there. My engagement has skyrocketed since using the software.

I can post YouTube shorts from my desktop but I'm anxiously awaiting the feature to be available on the app.

I was trying to figure out how to post on all of my channels throughout the day instead of random posts here and there. Zoho has made it easy at an affordable price without the need to hire a social media manager.

Between the pricing and the features that are offered, there's no beating it in my opinion. Zoho has won me over and I plan on sticking with them for all my socials handling moving forward. This is perfect for any SB owner.

With anything in life there are going to be a few small hiccups. There was one scheduled post that went out for my social media and I am not sure what happened with the media, but it did not post correctly and I had to remove and re-schedule. Maybe it's just me but I havent been able to figure out how to save the hashtags that I create. There is a section for saved hashtags but it never actually saves for me. Maybe just a glitch? Would be great to pre-save hashtags used and re-use when needed instead of doing it every single time manually. Would also be great to have the hashtags automatically translate over to youtube. If you are also posting to youtube, you have to manually re-type every hashtag.

Zoho is making life simple and easy by allowing cross platform social media content managing. To be able to plan everything in one space and translate it across several platforms is amazing. Especially for the price. Every other platform I've looked into does not compare in my opinion

The thing I like best about Zoho Social is it makes sense! I've tried other social media calendars & it's like they don't schedule social media themselves.

I think they are a little pricey for a one-year subscription. The cost for premium is $480 for the year, but I guess it's okay given all you can accomplish.
