Solving my staffign problem with zoho recruit
The setup is easy, and the workflow is very detailed. All the dates and approvals are easy to access and the best part is they can integrate with Zoho People, so we don't need to re-enter most of the data.
It would be nicer if we can choose the meeting tools, like Team or Zoom. And we would like to have more customized page, like it would be nicer if we can integrate the forms in our website.
Everything can be recorded with ease, and we don't need to move data from one place to another manually, more efficient and everyone in the group can access easily.
the workflow part where you can automate you have a clear overview about all candidates you know where you stand in terms of recruitment I can manage all recruiting activities from one place nice statistics! some are basic but they are delivered automatically with no setup effort
it is an effort to setup auto workflows but for the gain it is worth it not everything / not every system logic is self-explainable

Easy access to information required and the ability to keep track of candidate progress. Reporting and evaluations can be easily accessed in the dashboard—an absolute pleasure to work with.
I had some difficulty with the reporting, and when I asked the support team, they were helpful and fixed the issue, enabling me to give precise feedback to my clients.
I have to keep track of many candidates that have to go through various levels of scrutiny to be vetted. Zoho Recruit has so many different options for communication and keeping abreast of the candidate's status.
The flexibility in deciding the best flow and various other features that can be added is the best thing for me.
Nothing major to dislike here. One initial effort is in setting things up. But later, it can all be automated and seamless.
We are using this as our Recruitment Tool, wherein candidates come and apply, we funnel them through our custom process already set up on Recruit.
It has a lot of tools that allow me to set up my process just the way I imagine it to be. I can translate into digital all the things I used to do on paper, and include my team into it.
It is a bit daunting at the beginning so I would recommend having a clear goal a good database to start with. Just jump in fully and request help from the zoho team

Creating a career page in the website requires time and maintenance. It is easy to create a career page and host on Zoho and you get notified when someone applies for the job.
Like that it is a hosted solution. We thought about managing recruiting with spreadsheets or a database, but this was so much easier. We were up and running in 1 day.
Took a little time to figure out how to configure all the options. But, if you are familiar with other Zoho applications it shouldn't take too long. There were a few things that we didn't understand at first with respect to workflow, but that's all worked out now.
Managing recruiting with a spreadsheet is difficult because of all the people who need to interact with the data. Zoho Recruit allows us to share information about new candidates in a well laid out fashion and offers workflow.
I like that it is possible to organize the recruitment process and get rid of spreadsheets with candidate names. Also, later when you need to see the historical data, it is super easy and convenient to look it up on the app.
In my opinion, it is not very simple to use. Probably, once you get used to it, it is easy.

1. System generated interview reminders to interviewers & candidates with sufficient information like Meeting Link, Location, position applied, etc. 2. Assessment feature is excellent, which allows to store & maintain a list of questions & feedback to submit per candidate. 3. The interview feedback process is very transparent, which allows the stakeholders & hiring managers to have a perfect view of the candidate's performance.
1. Zoho recruit dashboard has some technical issues where it does not show the list of approvals pending for the interviewer. 2. Due to this, we have to navigate to the interview page & submit the feedback.
1. With Zoho Recruit, our recruitment team efficiently uploads candidate profiles, sets up the interviews with the technical team & offers jobs to the candidates. 2. After using Zoho Recruit, the speed of hiring is increased & thus we are able to grow our team in a very systematic & transparent manner.
I like the app's simplicity; it's no-nonsense and avoids a lot of fake AI, which is a bit too common of late.
