This system is absolutely wonderful. Campaigns replaced MailChimp, and at a lesser expense. It makes sense to encapsulate everything we used under one roof. I do like being able to separate my lists. I can communicate with my existing clients, and have their tracks, visits, and mentions all within the same suite.
I don't like that Zoho is NOT offering discounts for using Campaigns during the COVID-19 outbreak. I was upset that I had to purchase more email just to send a notification.
A big one - cost. By using what's incorporated with Zoho One, I am able to reduce external costs by Mailchimp and keep all stats in the same app suite.
