Zoho Analytics is a robust reporting platform that provides multiple options for visually appealing reports and dashboards. Using data in Zoho CRM, you can make geolocation maps, bar graphs, pie charts, etc.

Sometimes the geolocation data is hard to figure out and does not appear as expected. It takes some investigating to figure out how to create the maps reports show the correct informaiton.

Visualizing sales data from multiple years and product lines. It is faster than downloading reports and creating charts in Excel. The option to view sales on a map is also very helpful when analyzing sales patterns and markets.

Great information on these reports, dashboards are very visual which is great!

I wish they were a bit more userfriendly

I can customize my dashboards easily once the connection has been established

NOt all connects may be established, and can often prove difficult to QA long term when reviewing trends. Some manual checks are required periodically to make sure connection is secure

The product is really helpful. It helps me create multiple views of the data. I have been using it to quickly analyse data, as well as to create management reports.

The interface is complicated and there is a long learning curve. Most of the time I have to download the data and work on it separately, as it gets very complicated on the platform.

Zoho has been helping us with data analytics of our consumer from sales to demographics. Since it is directly connected to the Zoho CRM, it becomes very easy to work on the data.

We built Zoho from the ground floor to work best with our sales funnel and manage accounts and overall ROI for each Customer by creating, monitoring and running streamlined reports for all of our Sales and Management Team. Once you were trained, the program was so easy to use!

We used Zoho for everything! The only downfall for our Marketing company was the overall cost of building this platform from the bottom. We previously used QuickBooks and Office Excel to run the Company. This was a costly investment at first. Eventually, all investments paid off.

None so far, actually. However, the implementation of it to create specific report dashboards is a little challenging to navigate through. Practice makes one perfect.

I like the overall flexibility of the platform and user cost. We have 50 users in Zoho Analytics and have connected to 30+ data sources.

The maximum data refresh rate is every 4 hours, which can lead to some delays in reporting up-to-the-minute metrics. The rationale is because Zoho copies your data into their data warehouse, which leads to very fast reporting. Much faster than other services like Google Data Studio.

We integrate eCommerce sales, inventory, and traffic data. We're able to get better insight into where our products are selling and where we need to focus our marketing.

It has a number of cloud and other data plugins. Easy to set up data feeds and build a first set of reports. Integrates well with other Zoho family products. Security and embed features are not elaborate but sufficient. Much of the day to day management can be done by end users, which is useful for a small company with limited IT bandwidth. Certain data interfaces such as that with Google Analytics and Hubspot come with canned reports.

Limit of 3 deep queries can be limiting at times. The Eventbrite interface is limited to 75 events. However these problems are really minimal. There is nothing that has been an issue day to day.

It is very easy to implement and can create a relational database with ease. When it comes to CRM, it is one of the tools which offers the best customer service.

There is not much to dislike in this product especially considering the price at which it is offered.

We have been able to partially automate the MIS. The ability to create and refresh a report has helped to reduce over 50% of time required to prepare elaborate MIS on a monthly basis. There are many other ad-hoc reports which can be pulled which makes it easier to view & analyze data.

Zoho Reports is a solid entry to mid-range product that does a very good job of tying in data from multiple datasources to display on dashboards, send in reports, or email alerts.

The interface for designing reports lacks in its robustness. Everything ends up looking the same.

BA needs that come together very quickly without a lot of IT support. We've benefited from operational transparency and quality assurance.

The use of Zoho Report is really user-friendly. Using Zoho books and analyzes are very easy to build. It's also easy to work with other DBs. Excellent service, they respond quickly to my questions.

I did not find any particular problem, perhaps personalizing the prints.

Now my analysis is more accurate and the many templates and charts made my work easier.

1. Easy to setup and get started. No annoying salespeople like the big BI companies. 2. Won't break the bank. Very attractive pricing. 3. Ability to embed and share reports/dashboards with or without login. + permissions to remove/show/hide data from being view or exported.

Default report colors not polished enough and requires editing. Other BI platforms has nicer graphics.

We started analyzing everything we do using ZOHO reports. Data is automatically imported from over 20+ data sources and analyzed in one central location. Reports are shared across the organization. We have changed our business practices after using ZOHO reports.

The ease to make customised reports is phenomenal. Anyone with basic knowledge of computers can make highly complex reports

I wished there would be more options in the dashboard.

I am using it for creating sales and sales force related reports.
