Wrike solves for so many of the common pain points felt by the MarrComm team that I coordinate for. From request forms, workload balance, hollistic project undertanding, reports, templates, and beyond it seems as though there is nothing that Wrike can't do. We've experienced a major transformation of organization, and Wrike has been essential to our geographically disperesed team being able to work and collaborate with clear line-of-site on what everyone is doing.

Unfortunately, Wrike can be somewhat overwhelming for team members that have limited technological literacy, who have been used to doing things one way. This isn't necesarilly a unique problem to Wrike, but to a team that was already burdned by change fatigue, getting folks to buy in to the value of Wrike certainly posed some challenges.

Wrike is solving so many problems for us, including: requests getting lost in e-mails, unclear or convoluted timelines, at-risk projects not being caught with time to adjust plans, and the inherent challenges of being a geographically dispered team. We benefit massively from Wrike in all these areas - request forms ensure the most tactical information is being captured from stakeholders and not getting lost in e-mail chains, gannt charts help with timeline visualization, RAID template ensure that risk is being assessed and managed, and our whole team has one "home" in Wrike where we can collaborate easily and effectively with members of our team, and others.

All-encompassing project management platform. It seems to anticipate our needs (i.e. every time we wish we had a certain feature we realise Wrike already has it!). Absolutely everything we do integrates with it, click on a mail and it's in Wrike for example. The team love it. We are by no means using all the features available to us but we are growing in our use gradually. The mark up and version control was the first game-changer, time tracking too.

We're in South Africa with an unstable currency so the cost is becoming extremely high

Wrike fills the need for our large marketing department to have a robust PM system to manage projects and enable processes to work smoothly. Without a system like Wrike we would have difficulty managing many concurrent projects of varying complexities. We also use it for non-marketing operations that use the intake forms and task to do item managment.

Wrike has helped us grow our business by having all of our projects managed in one place. In addition, we like being able to collaborate with our team members and tagging people on tasks/projects.

Wrike is expensive. The more seats you add, the more you pay. As a small business, my subscription fee is one of my biggest operating expenses.

Wrike eases collaboration across teams - makes it easy for us to communicate, collaborate and review work. We also like that we can store documents and other resources in each project folder.

I like that we can have itemized to-do lists for each client. I can also assign multiple team members to certain tasks, and have conversations about each task/client. It is so much better than keeping track of them via email.

There is a lot of clicking around that I have to do. I don't know if there are better shortcuts that I'm not using. I also wish it was easier to add projects from one space to another easier.

Wrike is helping us keep track of all of the things we have to do for each client. There is a lot to do, and it helps us keep track of what we have left and who needs to be in charge of it.

Wrike is simple to use because it is intuitive - makes staying organized and hitting deadlines easy for the whole team.

There are so many tools that we don't use, hard to figure out what would add value. Need more time with WRIKE advisors to help analyze and coach.
