Stripe recurring payments works the best for our needs! It was easy to integrate with our stripe account and we generate recurring revenue not previously possible thanks to WPForms.

Wished there was a better way to contact support immediately rather than the facebook group. The support articles are a bit lacking and there is no live support available.

We wanted to start a membership model which incorporated recurring billing through Stripe. WPForms made it easy to gather the information we needed and capture credit cards in a secure manner on our website without massive e-commerce plugins that are difficult to configure.

The drag and drop editor makes it very easy to set up forms quickly but also is a lot easier for my clients to use. From experience with other similar WordPress plugins, they rely heavily on basic HTML knowledge which makes it slightly more of a learning curve for some clients.

Perhaps some of the paid features in the basic plan should be included in the free version, but because you get so much extra even in that basic plan it isn't a major dislike by any means.

A great recent example was that I required an upload form on the site for guests of a wedding to upload their own photos from the day to send to the bride and groom. With WPForms it was so easy to setup and worked perfectly.

WPForms is so easy to use, the drag and drop builder is great, and there's so many modules to choose from. The page break module is one of my favourites, it means we can create in-depth forms for clients without it taking up too much space on the web page.

Honestly I haven't found anything I dislike with WPforms yet and still find myself trying out different modules and templates with new clients every week. Compared to other form plugins, this is one of the best out there.

Before using WPForms i went through a mountain of other form plugins and every single one of them lacked certain features i was looking for. I've since used WPForms on 20 plus sites and have had zero issues.

WP Forms is simple for the beginner yet has an entire library of modules to add and integrate. The conditional logic is fantastic and the ease to learn to use it outshines the competition. Support is five-star as well.

So far, so good but I'll let you know if there is.

I had issues with conditional logic but it turned out it was a user error. Support was very helpful in guiding me through the mistake(s) I had made and it's been clear sailing ever since.

The plugin is super easy to use but very robust! And the customer support is beyond freaking awesome!

There are so many things to like about WPForms that it's difficult to pinpoint something to dislike. I love everything about WPForms!

I'm giving my clients a much more I depth option for form submissions, and the ability to pay and/or donate through the plugin is a godsend!

Integration with DNS to help with spam proofing!

It was a little bit hard to figure out all the DNS details at first, but now it's easy. Check my YT for a "how-to" coming soon!

Deliverability and getting rid of spam. Also, the ability to save and come back to the form is great. Conditional logic is also a great feature.

It helps to create a tailor made form which would meet all our needs.

Limited add-ons in different levels of membership, hope the basic subscription could contain more features.

You can customize forms for different staff and redirect each category to the relevant content on the form, secondly, I like page breaks it makes it so easier for users to make time for it than showing every detail on the form.

I so wish we can use payment links from these forms and allow redirects to different payment methods, maybe I still need to upgrade my version for a better experience.

Collecting leads data and storing it safely. I am currently using WhatsApp for business and my leads will leave some of their info on the chat and for some reason my mobile phone will clear chats and lose important lead info.

Versatile. It has lots of features that I adore and the issue constantly new updates with new features. Additionally the help desk is SUPER fast. They care about your satisfaction and about the plugin optimal performance.

There is sincerely nothing to dislike. I feel they do great.

Lead generation: I have 4 different type of forms on my website and they work perfectly. Additionally they have API's with Zappier and I have been able to integrate many tools, reducing tasks and optimizing my time.

WPForms is as user-friendly as it gets. I can upload it to a client's site, and create some forms for them to see its capabilities. Usually, this leads to them getting excited about the product, diving in, and developing more on their own (which is great). Or it causes them to reach out to us looking to add more forms with more features. Either way, it has become a selling point of our website design services and that directly relates to us getting to see a return on our investment and makes us happy with our decision to purchase the lifetime license for this product. The forms are extremely customizable and can be edited to match our site's aesthetics perfectly. The forms even do some of this automatically, which is great for plug-and-play solutions. But when need be, CSS can be used to customize almost anything desired. The forms are powerful and the suite of plugins, premade templates, and add-ons is pretty incredible. I can honestly say I tend to be excited to open emails from "Lisa @ WPForms" as those are usually the ones that contain new feature updates. It is exciting to see what is getting added and how we will be able to enhance our form development as well as sell new features to clients. WPForms does a good job pushing out new features and listening to what the users are requesting.

I can honestly say that my only real dislike is my own lack of patience when it comes to the release of new features. I'd say they roll them out on a pretty consistent and acceptable basis, but I look forward to them so much and lack patience that it seems too long in between. My kids would say the same thing about how often they get cookies, but that doesn't make it true.

A convenient and powerful custom form maker for building customer websites to match the site perfectly while providing all the functionality needed. Prior to WPForms the only other plugins that were able to match the functionality were nowhere near as user-friendly and were not something our customers felt comfortable using on their own.
