The best thing about the Workday application is that it user friendly and simple to use, it does the work quickly in minutes. We use it to mark our leaves and it is very useful and simple
At the moment the only thing I do not like about the application is that we are yet able to use it completely for attendance purposes, I guess it's not about the application error, but also from my organization. Once it's completely activated it will be gold.
The application we use at our organization to mark attendance is slow and takes lots of time to mark attendance,its not that easy to get the work done as its outdated, so Workday fixed this and allows us to mark the attendance quickly.
Workday offers users a trouble-free way to access their financial details for the business in which they serve. I have used Workday for 3 positions that I have had and it was so easy to navigate and access pay stubs, W2, and deduction breakdowns.
I don't believe this is a true dislike because who doesn't want their financial information protected, but I thought the security of accessing your account seemed tedious and at times, I would even forget. The system is very secure.

The drawback of the workday is that it does logout users automatically sometimes and also needs a more enhanced and detailed dashboard which is missing right now.

Integration cost is high, lacks some cutting edge features and Licensing cost is also bit high The company needs to add proactive features and reduce licensing cost to make it accessible to even SMEs
