Workday makes it easy to access bi-weekly pay and enter time on a weekly basis. It does a good job of compiling the data so I can go back and review what my past weeks looked like. Not only is it useful to see pay and time worked, but it can help employees see their performance reviews and access all their career goals related metrics from one platform. All in all, very easy to use user interface.
It's "Announcements" and "Inbox" section seem to take up room on the screen and have never been particularly useful. I don't get any useful links or information from them. In the current version of the website, the two sections take up half of the page and have yet to yield any useful information. It could be an optional part on the top right where the user would have to click on it to access the inbox or announcement section. It could have pop up notifications alerting the user of a new item instead of it taking up so much of the screen.
It has helped with organization and logging of past pay, time worked, absences, and performance metrics.

I like the visual landscape and the many offerings.
Sometimes it can be complicated to find what you are looking for - especially when trying to file for reimbursements.
I use it to record expenses and used it initially when joining the group full time for internal logistics like vacation time.
Everything is easily accessible within this application. My company uses it, and while I am just an end-user, it is a simple product that offers a lot of good functionality.
I am constantly asked to "take the tour", even after 5 weeks of using the application. Updating information is not as intuitive as it could be.

I like that they have a funnel for your talent pipeline that shows where each candidate is in the hiring process.
The application is insane and we get a lot of complaints from candidates about how long and difficult the application is.
