WorkCast's support team is hands down fantastic. Their tech support department is incredibly responsive, quick, helpful, and cheery. Likewise, our account manager is always happy to chat and even took the time to look into our organization beyond our preliminary conversations to really understand who we are and what we need. The platform itself is multifaceted and comprehensive and attractive from the audience's perspective.
This platform is definitely best for larger, complex events due to all the features and management support. The complexity can be a little clunky for smaller, one-off presentations. Likewise, some features that I hoped for were definitely missing-- for instance, I wish you were able to copy a past event to use as a template for a future event. Instead, you have to go through the support team and they have to create that duplicate for you as a whole new event template. Similarly, multi-registration pages don't come standard. It cost an extra $500 for a multi-reg template and I still have to go through the tech team to finalize set-up each time we use it.

The process of sending speaker login details is sometimes a bit frustrating.
They have been very helpful with resolving connection issues with speakers.
Email response from the WorkCast team is quick. They provide clear, detailed information in their emails and the webinar onboarding experience was seamless. The platform training was fantastic. The system performed flawlessly on webinar day.
Perhaps allow the webinar host the ability to manage the onboarding process in a user dashboard. It would be easier to allow the webinar administrator the ability to upload creative assets, etc.
Providing a one-stop and easy webinar platform that performs well. I was looking for a stable system that was able to handle a large number of attendees, along with robust reporting.
It's very straightforward to create events and using the Workcast API we are able to integrate many functions, such as registration, with our own platform. Everything seems to work very well.
Overall we like the product and there isn't anything in particular that we dislike.
WorkCast allows us to offer webinars to our own customers. It makes sense for us to use a product like this rather than build our own from scratch.
WorkCast is a super user-friendly platform for planners, speakers, and attendees. Their project managers and event producers are a solid, top-notch crew.
There are no real downsides. As we progress from year-to-year, new features are always being added which enhance the experience.
WorkCast hosts our monthly Friday Forum event and using their platform allows for a consistent experience from month-to-month.
Through the pandemic our company was pitched numerous virtual event platforms that promised ease of service and customization. We tried several alternatives before we found workcast, and the ability to make the experience "yours" is far superior to its competitors. Moreover, the contacts at workcast are very accessible and work with us to find solutions rather than expecting our needs to comply with a template.
We would prefer to have both a "chat" and a "Q&A" feature, which was not initially available. Our contact helped us to find a third-party app so we could have both, and my understanding is that workcast is making it possible to have both functions in-house in the coming months. Huge kudos for listening to your client's needs!
Prior to the pandemic, our company hosted live educational events that were recorded for national distrobution. Workcast facilitates polished engagements with our online community and offers a highend bespoke appearance.
The support from the team is second to none. The platform is very simple to use, and the team members are all very responsive.
The only problem I've encountered is some workplaces have firewalls that block Workcast; however, this may be the same with other platform providers.
Due to COVID, we've been in a position where we've had to move our events online. We've been able to learn how to run webinars ourselves, and we've been able to more than double the number of online events we've been able to run.
I used Work cast for a company conference which was a mixture of live and pre-recorded content. They were very professional and experts in what they did. I had day-to-day contact with a limited number of people, which made the event management much easier for me and their advice was extremely useful for me.

All of which were extremely professional and showed great patience with our group who were completely new and inexperienced in a virtual presentation platform
We came away from this experience with absolutely no glaring dislikes in the process. Workcast met all of our expectations and then some.
Because of COVID 19 we were unable to host our annual UW Financial Reporting Conference in 2020. The conference is normally a large in-person event that is very valuable to our school of accounting and to our local constituents in the accounting industry. The Workcast Virtual Platform allowed us to deliver our conference in a very successful fashion in 2021 allowing us to keep our constituents engaged .

Sometimes the rollouts of new features are not fully worked out or training is not in place before the release.
We are working through working on keeping programs short and precise and improving registration signups. We are also working more with live broadcasts.
