Wistia is addressing the commingling of individual users of video distribution software versus video distribution with a business end in mind.

I have produced an independent series for DIY international creators - artists, musicians, filmmakers since 2015 and Wistia has been the best platform for what I require. The other providers I found were too expensive and a lot of the creators on the series have started using Wistia for their video projects as well. The interface is clean and modern. I also am fine with the Wistia brand on our videos because our audience are also made up of people who use youtube and other platforms, and have asked who we are using because they like the minimalism of the interface.

I don't have any dislikes, because I have been happy with Wistia for a number of years now, and they are very consistent and reliable in the service they provide.

I don't see it so much as Wistia solving problems, I think they are keeping up with streaming technologies and offering new solutions due to the evolution of those technologies.

Wistia is a one-stop-shop for all of our video needs. As we increase the content we're producing, we can easily organize our videos. Wistia also allows us to add captioning easily and I love that we can add "chapters" for our lengthier videos. We all know the pain of sitting through a 30-minute video when all you need is one piece of information so the chapters are fantastic! The analytics are great too. Overall, Wistia is super user-friendly and I recommend it to every business. I also love Wistia's personal content. They do a great job of keeping it fun and engaging.

I honestly haven't found anything yet! Wistia is a great tool and I can't wait to see what they do with it in the future.

Wistia helps us keep our videos organized to go back and share them if we need to. For example, we have folders for webinars, topic-specific videos like Retirement planning and OPEB, life at Odyssey, etc.

I have been a fan of Wistia and singing its praisers for over a decade. I love how it can be used to maximize video SEO (e.g. the auto-creation of a video sitemap, letting your URL as the canonical, etc.); its clean design; its analytics; the CTA capabilities; the numerous ways you can change the look and feel; and the fact that the player is easy to use. Regarding the analytics, the heat map feature provides excellent feedback on what part of a video is being watched the most, skipped, etc. Last, and certainly not least, Wistia as a company cares about the greater creative community. The education they provide and what their brand represents are bar none.

There are few things (if any) I dislike about the product itself. What I "dislike" the most is probably no different than most people: the cost. It can be costly if your traffic is high.

The biggest problem it solves is the ability to use video in a way that can maximize video SEO. Video is an excellent way to rank on Google. But when someone finds your video on a SERP, you want them to link to YOUR page, not YouTube or Vimeo (which is often the case if you use such a service. Note: is you're using Vimeo for Business, you *can* achieve some of the same video SEO benefits. But my experience is that most businesses, unless they're savvy or have savvy consultants or agencies, use regular or Plus versions).

I've been using Wistia as my main video library since 2014. They've always provided a solid video hosting platform that consistently runs circles around their competition. My favourite feature of theirs is that I can make changes and re-upload newer versions of a video without having to change its link or embed codes.

I am hard-pressed to find anything I dislike, as Wistia has always performed above and beyond for my purposes. This is coming from a customer who has, for close to a decade, entrusted Wistia to host terabytes of podcasts, webinars, and high-profile speaking engagements. Admittedly I haven't made use of all of the features available to me, but of the features I do employ, not once have I been disappointed, let alone underwhelmed.

Wistia provides a safe and customizable place for me to host, and ultimately disseminate my productions. Once a project is uploaded to Wistia, their social integration allows for immediate (or timed) foolproof sharing of my productions.

Uploading speed is really slow sometimes.

In my workplace it helps to communicate with my colleagues and clients, review and share feedback for videos we create. Also to store and share access.

What I like best about Wistia is the versatility of the platform and the power of the tools it has.

A little thing I dislike is that the integration with WordPress was not so clear the first time I did.

The problem Wistia is solving for me is the quality and I know, by using it, I don´t have to worry on video anymore.

The best thing about Wista is its user-friendly platform and its analytics. I have a website that uses videos to market online classes, products and Pay-Per-View Online Classes. Using Wistia has made it easy for me to track each user, see how long they watch the videos, their IP location along with whether they are using a mobile device or desktop computer. these analytics are a must-have for a growing business.

I don't have anything that I dislike about Wisstia and I'm sincere about this. I have been with Wistia for many years and during that time they removed a feature I loved and used heavily but when I sent an email and had a real-time discussion with one of the staff members there, After our interaction, they restored it back. That was several years ago and I haven't disliked anything since.

Wistia is solving the problem of tracking my users' actions, interactions with my video, geographical location and device use. Wistia has helped me grow my business along with implementing more videos that past users enjoyed.

Wistia renders your uploaded videos very fast. You also can modify and add thumbnails from your PC. I like that their website is very easy to navigate. Not a lot of clutter either.

I dislike the you can have only 3 uploaded videos on their free plan. Other than that it is an awesome video hosting site.

Solves the problem of video ads showing after your video plays like you tube does. It will keep viewers of your videos from being distracted.

I love the simplicity and worry-free ( since no limits) and a great user experience it provides to the viewer, not just that it also is good for seo as much i have heard.

I create a landing page for my apps not to explain what it does and how it works either i can create a long landing page with this and that, or just create a screen share video upload to wistia embed video + add a buy now button and my work is done 😎 I was able to launch my landing pages for product very fast because of wistia can't thank you enough

Honestly, for as long as I have been a Wistia user, I have not come across anything I would change about the platform.

On a basic level, simply providing a video platform is super helpful so our customers can view our product videos. Also the per-video analytics is incredible, as are all the customizations we can set for branding, captions, chapters, and more.

Wistia is an excellent website for hosting videos. Its perfect for those beginners programs and expert. It has an entry level service thats free of you have 1-2 videos

I can't say I've encountered issues with this software.

I use it for a place to keep my video VSL so I can link to my website. So far I haven't used it for anything else.

We're a training platform. We need videos to be available, reliably with no ads. We're a small firm, don't have a lot of IT and admin people, so the great benefit is the price is all you pay, with no hidden fees.

I started using Wistia during the pandemic when all the conferences went online. I uploaded all my recorded videos to the Wistia platform. Everything is so user-friendly.

I am not so familiar with all options available on the Wistia platform, however, til now, it provided all the features I needed.

Wistia is pretty great, very useful to be able to track engagement on videos. The insights from who's opening, when, and which parts they rewatch helps us determine what's interesting and valuable to our audience!

I have no complaints with Wistia at this time. Only issue is you get limited videos for tracking so if I send to a lot of people then sometimes need to reset old ones. Hasn't caused any issues for my use case though so I definitely recommend.

It's been helping with sales! Understanding what's interesting to our customers and what they are focusing on plus when they open and need. It's pretty great all around.
