There is some difficulty when trying to standardize formatting, and margins for magazine/booklet publications.

Our team has the ability to collaborate on publications without having to use a single account. The quality of our publications has risen due to the simplicity to create from templates.

How intuitive the software is to create graphic design content.

For some reason the graphs that I create in the app come out blurry when PDF ing. I let support know but they were not particularly helpful.

We produce reports in out field that provide colour on what has occured in the market. They have always been done on PowerPoint and looked unprofessional. Visme solves that problem.

Somos una área de proyectos de trasformación donde constantemente estamos haciendo presentaciones de seguimientos, mapas mentales y monografías, etc. . Visme nos ha ahorrado tiempo y dinero, ya que todo esto lo hacemos ahora en una sola herramienta, cuando anteriormente se tenían que hacer en diversas herramientas que para el diseño no veíamos muy limitados y Visme lo que nos ayuda es que tiene diversos diseños, paletas de colores y caso todo preparado y cargado y solo adecuamos a los que se requiere y eso sí que ha marcado una diferencia.

Getting a professional grade project without a design background

Visme is a tool that is tremendously flexible in application, and I have found myself suggesting it for projects far outside my original purpose to utilize it. I most enjoy creating printables with it.

To be honest, the manner and limitations with uploaded files is probably the most irritating. If this could be a standalone software that could utilize storage on my local device, that would be an enormous advantage.

The most significant problem Visme allows me to overcome is easily designing new and unique invitations and posters. The cost savings in not needing to hire a professional graphic design artist is probably the most beneficial, but also the efficiency of making changes quickly based on feedback from my colleagues.

While Visme does have graphics to insert in projects, the platform would benefit from more variety in design styles (e.g. stylised designs).

Visme allows me to create very rich training handouts and presentations, without having to pay a graphic designer. This allows me to change them / re-use them as often as needed, very quickly. The solution works, so I don't have to spend hours trying to get someone from support

The number of ways to visualize data using their many different graphs/data widgets.

Sometimes when I have gone to save my presentation to a .PDF, it changes some of the widgets size/fonts. Overall I love the tool.

Previously I have used Powerpoint as my main form of creating presentations and reports for clients but now I use Visme because it gives me so many more options for data visualization and data widgets. There are so many templates to choose from as well.
