The live streaming service works very well and is loaded with interactive features for capturing live data from your viewers in real time. Live streaming services include a license for Livestream Studio, which works smoothly with NDI cameras. The customer support is also top-notch.

The price point for non-profits is not bad, but it could be better. I wish that there was more than one license for Livestream Studio included in the live stream service.

Vimeo takes all the pain points from its major competitor and gives the customers what they want! The features for embedding on our website are the reason we signed up, but there are a lot of other benefits too!

We haven't had too much to complain about in terms of Vimeo and the features that they offer. The only thing that I can think of is that the monthly fee would be better if it was based on view time instead of storage space, etc.

When we embedded our videos from another platform, we lost control over display issues such as hiding the title on the thumbnail, hiding the channel icon, and related items. The videos looked horrible on our site. We decided to try Vimeo and our embedded video thumbnails look 1,000 times better!

The dashboard is easy to navigate, my videos can be stored in folders, uploading is easy and quick, and I really appreciate the different price tiers to fit my budget.

I wish the weekly upload limit was just a bit higher for my pay tier. I understand I can pay more for a larger weekly limit, but I often find that I don't use my limit at all some weeks and then exceed it others. Maybe an annual or monthly limit would be a nice option.

It is easy to upload videos to your account, organize them, and set privacy settings. With the Pro or above accounts, you can set it so videos can only be embedded on certain domains.

It may not be cost effective for you if you don't have many videos and don't need branding or privacy settings for your particular situation.

We use Vimeo for simple online hosting of videos for courses and promotional videos for websites. We organize into folders and set permissions accordingly. Team access is configured so it is easy to keep videos in the right place and anyone can upload them after a recording that needs to be placed on the website. Every player is on-brand so we still look great and profession image is preserved.
