We use this as a virtual suggestion box for our staff. I appreciate that staff can provide input anonymously and you can tailor the questions to suit your needs as an organization. Also, I appreciate that emails are sent with the information that was inputted.

Simple functions and GREAT logic. They give you all the options you need to create flawless forms

The free option has some serious limitations - like you can only have 3 forms, and you can’t have an email notification sent to the person.

Better than Google Forms to see results/summaries and get an email of the entire form when someone fills it out.

Typeform helps me get meaningful feedback and testimonials from my clients. It creates a smoother, more fun process for my clients (vs. using text-heavy emails) which means I get more valuable input from them.

Typeform is pretty visually pleasing, especially in the builder section. The builder does a great job showing how to piece together your survey/form so you know exactly what kind of data you want to gather, information to share, etc. It's widely accessible; people can as easily see and use them on their phones (the mobile web view is sleek and comfortable) as well as computers or laptops. Data extraction is easy, and viewing details ranging from answers to how many times the form has been opened and not completed are all very helpful in analyzing not only data, but effectiveness of completion of the form. The workspaces feature is also helpful, as it can give good separation for working on different projects with different users/departments.

The amount of things you can do in Typeform is great, but at first, it can be a lot to take in and can seem pretty complicated. With continued use, this becomes less of a problem. Overall, there is not really a blaring issue that I see with the software.

Typeform is great for gathering opinions and data, which is the most obvious. The fact that you can extract the code to embed a Typeform survey in an email is also very helpful. One of the most unique ways I've seen it used is as a combination curriculum and survey tool, with each "step" in the survey giving direction on discussion based questions to lead while still leaving room for feedback at the end.

A person can use all kinds of tools and techniques to create fun surveys and share it with audience he is dealing with . Report regarding surveys can be checked in no time and corrections can also be made regarding the mistakes.

Typeform does not allow the feature of putting a picture or any kind of file transfer on survey forms and documents. Link sometimes doesn't work properly and helds back. Responses about the questionnaire disappears and working level is reduced.

Typeform raises concerns and creates difficulties when we create the different forms with this software. It's an amazing tool but with little documentation and we cannot manage our tasks and execute the surveys installation in a perfect way. It doesn't provide smart hooks into different collaboration software system because all of its different features can be confusing and the new users cannot manage this platform in an easier way.

Typeform is a good option for any document and form management and for any type of business companies. I feel it is a great option to keep any business information secure. Typeform manages to find solutions in an easy way and it can be used with other digital enterprises. The main purposes that I use it have to quickly create and edit forms. I can update anything in easy steps in case we need to add or change clients database and to collect digital signatures.

Typeform end-user experience is outstanding! The way the graphics flow from question to question is so satisfying. The ability to customize these surveys is great, and it's so easy to use. Our clients seem to love them, and we've had superb feedback from staff members when using it internally. I also periodically download data on responses which provide very valuable insights for us. Some of my favourite features are: logic jumps (the customization is just brilliant), and variety of question types, and the ability to store and download the results of the surveys easily. I had initially built out a Zap for our responses, but once we jumped to the paid version I didn't really need them anymore - that being said, Typeform is super easy to integrate into other tools. This software has everything I could ask for and more.

There's nothing I dislike in particular. The customer service is OK but I never really have to contact anyone about anything so it's honestly not a big deal at all. It's just way too simple to use, and there's really nothing bad I could say about this software. I would absolutely never switch to anything else.

Topic-wise survey templates are beneficial, provide ideas on topics which one is not very familiar with. The online form builder is very to configure and deploy. Email integration and notifications are useful.

The multi-entry option is not available for adding links and uploading images type of questions. This would have been super useful instead of prompting one question each for every entry. This can reduce the friction by a great extent
