Our property management firm uses Time Doctor to monitor and manage time spent abseits of our office whether trips to the premises, meetings off-site or remote working from home or elsewhere. Many of our discussions with boards and communities occur in the nights and it is useful to illustrate how much time these communities spend.
The fields for description tasks for non-computers have restrictions to the addition of details.
Time Doctor monitors the activities of computers, although it may be set to stop when handling computer chores. It may be modified to take care of non-computer operations like site visits or meetings. When filing timesheets, it is pretty helpful to refer to.
the fact that it is discrete, the screenshot and how it shows me the breakdown of work really helps
Cost and the fact that i have to request on how much I need to pay for my account left me pretty much clueless on where my money is going.. my setting page showed me that I can pay as low as 16$ at a particular part of time.. i even have screenshots by I was made to pay hundreds of dollars
my staff are working from home and very unproductive. I figured out they have not been working and was able to motivate them and guide them back to being professionals.
As an employee, I have the flexibility and control on my time and it makes sure that all business-related tasks were recorded and not wasted. I also track my worked hours any time of the day and I can also work via mobile. As an employer, I can monitor people on their tasks, productivity and logs all at the same time!
As an employer, I can not generate reports for Night differential
As an employee - the problem before is that my other business-related tasks out of the office hours were not counted but with time doctor, it can record my business-related task any time of the day and my effort is not wasted anymore! As an employer - problems encountered were the legitimacy of the employees report for remote setup and the productivity of each employee and it is solved by time doctor since it reports and detects all aspects of productivity in a snap!
The team dashboard is great to see an overview of how everyone is performing. We also love the screenshots, they have been a great help ensuring team members are working on the correct items as needed.
There is nothing i dislike about Time Doctor. We moved to Time Doctor from a previous tracking software and found this much nicer and clearer to use
Ensuring remote teams are working on the correct clients, having less office time together we rely on tracking software to ensure the team are pulling together. The benefit is productivity is maintained as the team know we monitor them on Time Doctor

I like that it gives you detailed information, such as visited websites, screenshots, and unproductive time.
I don't necessarily dislike this, but when you first download the app to your desktop, the app starts tracking your time every time you start using your computer. You have to go into settings to change that.
It helps keep track of employees' productivity. Also, it has eliminated the need for contractors to have to send invoices for their hours because now the hours can be transferred automatically to your payments system.
Any business that is not using Time Doctor to track their people's hours would be missing out on a lot of useful tools and functions that it offers. From an admin (non-member) perspective, it has all the settings that can help track hours, screen activities, and even mouse clicks. The dashboard and time report is color-coded to view edited hours easily and from which platform was the hours tracked.
I'm a big fan of UI and reports, so if the pdf file could have a better layout, that would be awesome. It is okay in black and white but probably in a better tabular layout with better fonts.
It has become hard to track everyone's work routine, especially now that we're all working from home. but with Time Doctor, employers and employees alike are able to track each other's work hours, routine, and ethics. Employees are able to work and be aware of the screenshots happening without the feeling of being micromanaged.
The fact that I can schedule shift start time and end time. Also I can check each individual hours covered or not.
The fact that I can't locate or see where I can change the theme.
Saving the problem of iddle time.. It assit in checking if raters are productive or not.

Lo mejor de time Doctor es el control del tiempo laboral efectivo, te permite saber en que proyectos tu empresa invierte más tiempo, en cuales menos y poder comparar el costo beneficio de tiempo contra ingresos, esto nos ha permitido optimizar de mejor manera el tiempo con nuestro clientes para que reciban la atención justas segun el tamaño de sus cuentas. Adicionalmente nos permite ver que areas requieren más personal o apoyo segun la carga de trabajo y el tiempo invertido en sus cuentas.
La implementación de una segunda plataforma es complicada, adicionalmente la falta de traducción en varias partes de la sección de ayuda imposibilita el uso fluido del sistema. Otra cuestión es que le dieron prioridad a Time Doctor2 dejando a los usuarios de la primer versión relegados ademas de imposibilitar la migración automatica y no tener todas las funciones de la versión original en la nueva. Hay fallas en cuenstion de altas y que en el sitio web permite acceder via Google pero en la app no, y eso ha llevado a problemas en el alta de varios usuarios.
Nos ha permitido tener un control exacto del tiempo que se le invierte a cada cliente, esto nos permite demostrar ante cualquier duda cuanta importancia y relevancia tiene el cliente y el nivel de atencion brindado en cada cuenta. Tambien permite saber cual es el tiempo que se usa efectivamente en trabajar y cuanto se despedicia, ademas de poder filtrar a los empleados que realmente laboran y los que no. En un beneficio extra, también nos ha permiitdo filtrar a buenos elementos en el equipo de trabajo y los que es necesario separar.
