The ease of use, clear calendar view to see what is scheduled, the progress percentage feature.

Task management and scheduling. TG is the first tool I open before I start my workday.

As an associate marketing consultant I often have to create very detailed project activity lists to keep my time organized and productive and TeamGantt gives me many options to view my activities whether in a calendar view to see how many tasks I have on a particular day, or a list view to see what activities are overdue or upcoming within a week, 2 weeks or even 4 weeks. Multiple people can be assigned to the tasks and can be given access to edit and view the Gantt Chart created. It’s simply wonderful and super useful for planning and organizing. All that FOR FREE!

The only downsides are the following: 1) There’s a character limit for the task titles 2) I can’t see how many days each task will require (but I can see the start and finish dates!) 3) It does not produce a project network diagram (PERT)

It solves the problem of finding it difficult to stay on track in a project, and keeping track of teammates’ progress. It also easily creates a visual representation of a schedule with multiple layers of work, so I can see when there’s too much workload in one day, or not enough work on another day, and change the schedule to fix the workload.

I like how it has a lot of elements to customize (attach documents, checklists within items. designating tasks). It is also intuitive and can easily be appreciated by people who have not yet used a gantt chart before.

The layout can be cumbersome on a small display. Also, there should be a feature to duplicate replicating tasks, just to make things easier for tracking routine work.

We are using it to plan our M&E activities within our organization.

Team Gantt has a very active workforce who make tutorial style videos. These videos are always available to help while making your project but they are not in your face. The save to pdf function is great. The UI is nice and friendly while still professional looking.

I understand that team gantt gives a lot of resources for free but only having one project at a time is rough. Even if it was two or 3 project at a time that would help. As a student I could have two big assignments or reports which require a gantt chart and I can only use team gantt for one of them.

We are implementing an online building consent processing system and this is the project tool the developers are using to organise and track implementation. the online BC project will save us MASSES of paperand will hopefully be a lot quicker and easier for customers and internal staff alike.

I like that team gantt is so easy to learn and use. It is easy to find things and to use for scheduling and managing a team on a project. I like how easy it is to change a schedule when needed.

I would like to be able to make my calendar and make changes to my schedule in the calendar view. I work better being able to see the entire month.

Our clients change their schedules all of the time and team gantt makes it easy to make those changes quickly.

I love the calendar view! it's so easy to manipulate and adjust as quickly as we need to.

Not too many areas I dislike. The layout is fully optimized for clear and concise maintenance and usability.

Organizing my capstone project team for engineering.

TeamGantt is quick and easy to set up multiple open projects and tasks under multiple clients, easy to ask for project updates from a dispersed team of staff and freelancers, and easy to track planned timelines and resource utilization against actual performance.

I wish there was a way to select only the high level tasks to create a client-facing version of our more detailed internal project tracking, without having to copy and customize content as a separate project.

My team loves that each individual can customize their project view in the way that they prefer to work - some filter by the day, the week, or by client - without having to duplicate any data entry. Our efficiency, internal communication, and accountability has greatly increased with only a minimal increase in overall time spent on project administration.

Great Collaboration, simple, yet powerful planning and resource management. Clean User Interface with drag and drop.

Teamgantt works with hours only. For large projects, MDs would be a nice option.

I love that I can see visual timelines and that they are not static, so when one task moves, EVERYTHING moves. It's easy to plan my entire year, especially at a nonprofit when I'm working with so many different projects.

Haven't found anything yet :) If I had to pick something, I'd like to be able to customize the layout a bit more.

I'm solving the problems of being able to show my boss timelines and year-round planning with TG.

Being able to track percentage completion. Not necessarily completely accurate as it depends on what you input as a rough idea of how much of a task you have completed, but really handy as a quick, estimated guide of project process.

Layout could be a bit more user-friendly. The screen looks a little 'busy' and this can be intimidating to some users.

Planning is so much easier with Teamgantt- we've implemented that system in our company in April this year, so far all the project are so much easier to control and schedule. I really like the fact we can add checklist next to the task so everyone can simply mark when it's completed and see what's next scheduled. Also adding dependencies is very clear and helpful- just drag to connect, couldn't be easier! :)

It's quite difficult to manage holidays in Teamgantt, we had to create separate project 'HOLIDAYS' to accommodate days off. It would be much better to have a separate Calendar for all the projects so we can't assign any tasks when people are on annual leave.

Teamgantt helped us to get our projects back on the track and make sure that entire business is aware of capacity of our Team and workload.

The inability to finish to finish relationships

Understanding better resource management as well as creating better forecasting.

The amount of options and customization you have is unbelievable. I love that you can assign certain people to different tasks and see at the bottom how many tasks people are working on so that if you are looking for someone to carry out a task you know exactly who needs something to do and who already has their hands full. I also find super useful the fact that you can show in percentage how much of a task you have completed and if this task is within a group of tasks it even calculates your overall completion.

The user interface is super easy to use but it seems a little cluttered and not very appealing to the eye. By this I mean that it almost looks very professional, which may be what some people like but I think it would be more appealing to see a interface that looks more like modern websites and less like just lines of text like older websites.

I am using TeamGantt for a school team at the University of Toledo and it has made meetings and assignments even within the smaller groups of the team so much easier to assign, be carried and to track progress.

TeamGantt allows me to look at the progress of my colleagues and myself on a project. The software is very intuitive and I enjoy its sleek design. Furthermore, I especially like its percentage feature which lets me know how close we are to the completion of a project.

Trying to export the Gantt chart is quite confusing, however, this is probably due to my lack of experience with this aspect of the software. Some of the more complex features of TeamGantt require time to master but over time they become second nature.

Using TeamGantt has ensured that projects are completed on time. Previously, keeping track of the many ongoing projects within our company was very difficult, but since using TeamGantt, the organisation of the entire company has improved.
