It should be changed to make it easier to write goals or tasks.

I think to use a simple menu configuration.

I think updates and installation that occur too often.

Swit is a good collaboration tool. The tool is very intuitive to learn how to use.

Most of the functions are easy to understand.

It is by no means easy to carry out a project which has lots of participants. Swit makes it easy to see what is going with the project.

It used to be a big problem to keep up with the latest version of files and the exact current status while doing a specific project with a group of people. But after I use Swit, it is very convenient to share an updated file without confusion, and everyone can see instantly where we are and what we should do right after. That makes me and all colleagues save time catching up with each other.

It would be much better if it is possible to sync Checklist under the project with Dailycheck box (I'm not sure which is the official word, but my company calls) directly, so I don't need to rewrite the same tasks. Still good enough to use!

Again, it saves my time to communicate only for catching up and checking the status of others. Also, sharing and reminding the schedule is automatically done so that I don't need to do it manually. Furthermore, currently my company uses Google system for the work and Swit has a great function to connect Google Apps & files directly so that I can co-work with my colleagues easily. This is a quite awsome because all the time we did need to attach the file and send them to others so people oftenly confused which one was the most updated one. Swit makes us to do much easier in that perspective.

Visualization of project roadmaps, various viewing functionalities, and connectivity with other platforms such as Google Drive are all exemplifications of the numerous features that Swit provides, helping to build a stronger and more competitive work environment. Although Swit is a reasonably novel workspace, it is substantially developed and can be used intuitively.

Personally, no inconveniences have been found within the Swit workspace.

Tracking project timelines cannot be more manageable and easier with Swit. Keeping all relevant personnel updated with necessary tasks without having to alert each and every person is extremely convenient.

The best thing about the suite is that the hassle has disappeared by integrating several functions into one. For example, messenger, project. And I can bring in contents such as Gmail and Gdrive.

In some cases, notifications may not be generated according to user OS settings because there is no self-notification function. And please develop it in consideration of convenience from the user's point of view.

We are discussing functions for the convenience of various users. I think Swit is good to get a positive review and quick response to various problems. Work efficiency has increased.

Best of all, it is compatible with Google Workspace.As you know, any great feature is useless if it's not compatible with Google Workspace these days.

Swit is very easy to understand the project progress and organize the task.

It is not easy to set tasks order to timeline. So sometimes I have to go back to check the subject not finished yet.

I strongly recommend this tool. we are using in huge project. This tool contributes very much to work productivity and makes employees evaluate this tool very high.

Nothing to tell dislike stuff. Account management is a bit uncomfortable. However, there is no big problem with using it. I hope there will be support for various languages.

It was excellent in managing and reporting multiple projects at once. It contributed greatly to productivity improvement by shortening working hours and sharing work progress with all employees.
