Very clear UI that allows both basic and advanced users to create, customise and analyse surveys, and export this data into other applications for reporting.
A few more UI embedded tools to customise survey appearance. Further customisation is available using CSS, but for those who cant use CSS it would be great to have more control over thing like pop up size/location etc.
We're easily able to request feedback from our users, in a non-intrusive way. In this way, over 80% of our users are responding with useful feedback.
The best service team I have encountered in a very long time. Responsive, helpful, knowledgable and smart enough to share an external resource if they can't help.

The product is very easy to use, although we do get a lot of feature requests for Survicate. They ship things really fast. Their support is great, very friendly and human. I would totally recommend Survicate as it's a very positive experience with them.
The product is not yet scalable, they should focus on how to help teams scale the use of it, as this means more analytics and the ability to share reports with stakeholders. I hope this will be fixed sooner than later, as otherwise it just minimizes the use case for the product.
Running surveys via Survicate, it helps us to use product built-in surveys for our users, collect results and see the stats. However, I wish there would be more options within the product and it's integrations with third party tools.
I like that the platform shows visual representation of the customer survey data and the simplicity and easy-to-follow platform as a whole.
I was not too fond of the fact that there were multiple entries from the same customer (seconds apart), which was a glitch on their end. However, the customer support staff quickly responded and fixed the bug/issue within the following day.
My company and I are trying to see the gap between the customer's needs/wants and our ability to provide that. We are trying to address the struggling retail locations to see what our customers have experienced and what they would like to see changed/approved upon in the struggling zones. Survicate was able to help our company hone in on the issues by providing a quick and easy way to gather customer feedback with actionable next steps. Ever since we started using Survicate, we could accurately pull the NPS score weekly with ease. I highly recommend using this platform for your companies needs. They are very responsive, helpful, and keen on improving their platform with the changing needs of the overall business market.

The simple cut + paste survey embedding into Calendly emails and Hubspot emails. Gamechanger in terms of survey participation due to better timing.
It'd be great to have the link to view full survey results directly from Hubspot. Currently only have a few fields linked and then have to go into Survicate to search for the full response. Would also be nice to more easily see how respondents to one survey respond to another survey to piece together parts of the customer journey and develop leading indicators on experience.

I like that surveys made in Survicate can be embedded directly into emails.
Sometimes there is a lack of some specific functions. But Survicate team tracks feature requests and notifies users about implementing required things (I was surprised, haven't seen that with other software).

I don't have anything bad to say about Survicate but it would be amazing if there is notification pop up as soon as I receive negative feedback so then follow-up action can be done immediately.
I don't really experience major problem so far but whenever I have inquiries, the support team will be eager to help and respond.

This is the most versatile survey program for any business that I know of. When I first started using it I thought it couldn't get nay better but these guys just keep improving the features and the ease of use. Better yet their customer service is outstanding. In fact, sometimes I think they never sleep waiting to help their clients.
Really haven't found anything I don't like about the program. I had an issue with the reporting but they corrected that right away and even added a little customization for me.
As a marketer I have multiple programs and websites and I'm able to use their program with all of them. I even signed up as an affiliate to offer it to my clients.
Survicate is an easy to use tool that allows us to collect NPS (Net Promotor Score) data on our website. This is done through a simple screen pop-up that asks the visitor to score from 3 emoticons - Sad (detractor), Neutral (Passive) and Smiley (Promotor). Customers can also leave comments if desired.
We had a few issues with getting the settings right for our clients, to ensure the pop-up was engaging but not annoying. Daniel has helped us to amend the settings to accomplish this.
We had a company wide goal to reach an NPS score of 50% in 2015 which we easily achieved and we have now set ourselves to reach an 80% NPS score during 2016.
This is a nice tool for collecting leads. Targeting allows to show surveys and leads only to users who are likely to be interested in purchasing. Most of leads forwarded to the sales team was of high quality and many resulted in closed sales. Without Survicate we would not have acquired those customers.
