The targeting aspect of Survicate lets us pass custom attributes within our SaaS product to ask the right questions to the right people at the right time. This level of granularity makes sure that our results are virtually never in question when obtaining survey results. Furthermore, the combination of the number of survey types to choose from and customizable attributes makes Survicate one of the best survey tools I've ever used. For any SaaS company, client feedback about product, reputation, and service are integral to that company's growth and Survicate helps us quantify those metrics in simple ways.

Trying to quantify client perceptions about new features, our service, and overall product. We're a company that's in over 50 markets around the world, so being able to use custom attributes to deliver surveys in the native language of our clients is extremely key. Furthermore, distributing surveys based on business role's is also key when we need executive feedback, for example.
It is a very intuitive and user-friendly tool. It can integrate easily with our Product.
Until now I don't find anything to dislike.

If the solution you need does not come out of the box it might be difficult to find out help.
Quick updates and customer notifications about new online services. Customer feedback about UI changes and new services. Directly involve our customers in some decision making process through surveys: e.g.: we launch a survey to let our customers name a new service we were developing for them.
Survicate works really fast to collect the right feedback from your audience. Survicate virtually supports all kind of feedbacks that you could ever need, from single choice feedback, contact form, and text answers. Your audience can chooses to be anonymous, therefore can be used to get full anonymous feedbacks. Works really fast.
Survicate is just a perfect place I know to get easy feedback from users. It has no negative side.

I've tried doodlepoll in the past and it was frustrating. Survicate was very easy to use and I was pleased with the results. Will definitely do it again.
I've only used it once, and I had no dislikes.
Polling various committee members to find out what dates/times work best for them for meetings. I got all of my responses within about 15 minutes.

A small lack of informations regardless what's need to bu plug or not. Like for the questionnaire, this is an other configuration than for polls, it should be hilight somewhere

I don't know if there's something I don't like at survicate. When I started using it I had some problems with settings and options because there were too much of it, but I don't think it's disadvantage, I would say that it is rather advantage.
That's the fastest and easiest way to collect feedback and data. Surveying my customers and supporting market research. It also getting insights for communication.
