Has more features than other similarly priced survey software. I also like the chatbot-style survey option - it is much more user-friendly for building 'mobile-first' surveys and makes for a better user experience.
The lack of archiving and organising projects. If I happen to create project #52 before #51, then project #52 always appears first. Doesn't seem too big an issue, but when you have hundreds of project surveys, you want to be able to find your current project quickly and easily. Similarly, an archiving option to clear out 2022 projects so I can see 2023 projects more easily and not have to scroll through them to find the one I want/ need.
Surveysparrow allows us to build mobile-friendly surveys to thoroughly check participants meet our project eligibility requirements. We can screen people out easily and transfer data effortlessly due to the integration options.
It is an excellent tool, intuitive and simple to use to generate surveys that allow both obtaining valuable insights from respondents, as well as assisting in lead conversion campaigns.
I don't see any outstanding negative points to comment on, in general terms it complies with what is offered and more in regards to the key functions required for an effective survey system.

Membership plans do not suit what I need, I use the surveys every now and then, about twice or three times over a period of 3 months (sometimes once a month other times 3 times on a single month. I would benefit of a plan that can be charged per survey, range of items, and range of expected answers, ine shot deals instead of a monthly subscription I will not use

I've been having problems with SurveyMokey over the last few months, and their customer services haven't been helpful at all, so I decided to try SurveySparrow. I find SurveySparrow to have great designs and a variety of customization options. The survey setup process is very straightforward and user-friendly. The conversational survey system is my favourite feature, and since I started using it, I've been getting more responses from my followers. I'm also impressed with the customer service.
It would be nice if survey sparrow could improve their prices for students—nothing else to dislike at the moment.

I've been facing increasing difficulties with SurveyMonkey over the last few years as more of their features move behind account paywalls. Their service department is just sales in disguise. I sought out some alternatives and SurveySparrow seemed to offer everything I was used to and more. I was immediately engaged by their support staff who were helpful in demoing the product, knowledgable about what could be done out of the box and what needed workarounds, and they were always quick to respond to my inquiries. I've made the switch now and I'm saving a significant amount of money. As a bonus, the build tools are much easier to use!
Customization is incredibly flexible, but requires some technical knowledge of CSS. It would be helpful if some of these basics, like font sizing for various elements, was brought into a UI configuration (perhaps CSS variables under the hood). Also, while it's possible to create disqualifying exits via their Thank You pages, the system doesn't differentiate these from normal "completions". If you use a 3rd party integration that triggers on survey complete this adds a layer of complexity.
I'm using SurveySparrow as an agency for my clients to gather sentiment analytics on their products. The types of questions and easy configuration with question logic makes it a breeze.

I was in a bind and needed something with elevated styling and conditional logic. SurveySparrow had maybe a 10 minute learning curve and I was ready to get going with it.
The scope of ability and product felt slightly limited. Like the things it did it did really well, but felt like there could be some additional features that should be there.
Helped allow us to make significantly better online forms than Google Forms both with style and output/reporting.

We currently use SurveySparrow for a Kiosk. It helps us to determine who is entering our building and the reason for their visit.
Chat form surveys are very helpful and interactive which I believe as a psychology student and a founder will make an interactive experience
I haven't explored a lot of colors yet. And I feel the trail period is so short, Atleast a month or 30 days can be very helpful and will provide the sufficient time to explore everything
The interactive forms is helping me get more responses and gives an awesome experience for the form filler. Its not monotonous like the google forms. Its very user friendly.
We have a sophisticated and complicated tech stack for our Digital Marketing. We always run into challenges with tracking and passing data from one system to another. The biggest challenge is when we use iframes. We tried all the top survey platforms and SurveySparrow is the absolute best for tracking and API connections. It also has great survey functionality and is very user friendly. Whenever we had problems or didn't know how to do something, their support always responded quickly and solved our problems. Grateful for this platform which is an important tool in our Digital Marketing arsenal. I highly recommend everyone takes a look at SurveySparrow and take it for a test drive.

We run ads on Google, Facebook and Instagram to a 'lead generation quiz' built using SurveySparrow. The user experience is great and the tracking and data insights are the best in the industry.
I love the UI, UX, and features of SurveySparrow, as well as their customer support team. The UI and UX are extremely polished, very similar experience to SurveyMonkey's overall style and the features they offer are second to none...for a price. Any time I have had any requests, the support team has offered to have a Zoom call with me to sort out any issues and ensure that I'm well taken care of, it's like a white glove service - it's awesome.
The only thing I dislike are that certain features/modules of the form building experience are gated behind their highest plans, making things a bit more costly if you need that functionality - it would sometimes be 'cheaper' to use a solution exclusive for that functionality, like NPS. That is my only gripe, but I understand it's just basic business practices. My recommendation would just be to make sure that the tier you need is comfortable for your use.
