Very easy to use, can load any report into Google Sheets - I use it for adhoc reporting or as the foundation for automated reports. It requires very little training, learning curve is minimal and the value is inmediate.
It's only an extract and load tool, you won't be able to configure transformations before loading (unlike some competitors) - although I found this is an ok workflow - as long as you know how to handle transformation, joins, renaming, etc from your data wourhouse or bi tool.

I like the easy creation of queries to grab data from Ads, Analytics, Search Console, Google Sheets (and many more sources). The "Schedule refresh & emailing"-feature helped to automate reporting to my customers.
I would love to move parts of my Reporting to Lookerstudio but are not willing to buy a second license. Sadly Lookerstudio is missing some flexibility that Google Sheets offers. So, for me, switching is not an option.
Google Ads Reporting Tool is, in my humble opimion, suboptimal. Supermetrics solved that. Also combining data from diferent sources was one reason to choose Supermetrics.
We can integrate lots of data sources (Google Ads accounts, GA4 properties) very easily and we can use these in our Looker Studio reports.
I don't know well, but I heard that this tool is really expensive for us.
Originally we integrated lots of information from more than a thousand Universal Analytics properties and Google Ads with Supermetrics. It is a useful solution.
