It's so easy to manage expenses, and I like that I can upload receipts either directly through the app or on the website platform. There are also loads of options for coding to different budgets and departments.
Sometimes that app is dysfunctional. You cannot always link your receipt to the expense that matches it. If Concur can work out the kinks with that, it would be a better user experience.
The company can see what expenses are being used by each department and keep us better organized and accountable. It's also easier to have remote employees manage their expenses.
I like the program's layout and how easy it is to use. Everything is all in one place for work expenses.
I haven't come across anything I do not like about this program so far.

Concur is a very useful tool that allows automated expense reporting across the organization. The functionality that the system has allows for it to make it a generally seemless process to manage company wide expenses with relative ease.
I feel like there are some behind the scenes functions that I don't have control over. Sometimes, the UI is a little bit clunky but know that Concur was working on addressing that.
We were able to move away from a paper process to a fully automated system. This has allowed the accounting organization to become more productive, verify expenses more easily, and generally make our expense reporting process much more simple.

Expense Management is really fantastic in SAP Concur and easy tracking.
Easy to use & Upload receipts. The workflow is also quite easy to select the approver and assign tasks. The uploaded documents are viewed and saved for further use.
The system seems slow at times. Upon refresh, it can delete all data if not saved. This can be taken care by the development team as a performance check.
SAP concur it helps me claim all my travel and work-related claims seamlessly . its easy to navigate and we can always save the claims before submitting come back and change. it's easy to call back also.
User-friendly, straightforward to use, with minimal training required. There is an apps version that allows receipts scanning with OCR to capture essential information such as date, value, expense type and minimize the no of fields required manual input. Expense reports will be automatically routed to preset approvers for approval. It can be interfaced with SAP and expense details will be available once posted. There is also a Concur Travel module for travel booking, travel management with pre-trip approval function
The reporting function is quite basic and not so user friendly will be good if dashboards visual can be improved.
Prior to Concur, expense reimbursement was done through excel, which is manual, time consuming and error prone. Hard copy receipts were required for verification and auditing. With Concur, we saved significant time, eliminated paper work, both employees and finance departments are a lot happy with the expense reimbursement process.
I like the ease of use as well as the UI
There is not much to dislike, it is what it is. It gives enough functionality to work with expenses so I'm happy with it

I love how Concur links to my corporate credit card. Whenever I make purchases, each purchase seamlessly drops into my concur account. I can then attach receipts from my phone and submit them for approval.
I have found that the data export for prior reports is a little clunky to navigate. Additionally, it would be nice if there were more options to help reduce the work of resolving my credit card account.
I think the most significant problems we are solving with SAP Concur as a company is the streamlining of processes around expenses as well as improving costs through the ease of auditing.
It makes booking work travel so seamless. I had a week worth of travel in 2019 and they booked all my flights and train and kept track of my purchases!
It could be clunky when adding a bunch of travel. Overall definitely worth investing in
Simplified ease of booking travel through an app. A national organization required events in markets so it make it easy to track business travel.
