Love the drag and drop options when building a sales/checkout page. Easy interface so anyone on our team can figure out how to use it.

would love a live chat support option for when you're building a site... otherwise have to wait long time to fix one error... also an option to add an accounting email to client's account would be nice to send copies to both - employee who purchased our product and a copy to accounting dept. also we have a product with different price points... the system makes us create a NEW product each time... can we create it once and then just have multiple price points under it? It's not super clear on how to add an additional product to a client on the back end. we've figured it out but it wasn't super logical.

1 page website is awesome Would also love to see stats from other users - which templates are converting the best and also seeing examples of what's performing best. integrations with our CRM is awesome mainly solving the sales / sale cart and now have started using the 1 page website -- great for low cost products... Can you also add a 2 step website ( sales page --> check out page) for high ticket products? then this will help us solve the need of using another platform for the sales page.

It is very easy to use (if I can master it with zero tech and marketing skills, anyone can) and the customer onboarding and support are exceptional.

I wish it had even more integrations, but I think that is on other companies to get on board the SamCart train.

It is the easiest e-commerce solution I have ever experienced (easy to build high-converting and attractive pages and easy to process payments). The direct benefit to me has been a 5-figure/month revenue stream that began within weeks of joining.

I appreciate the simplicity and quality UX

Samcart is a tool that, out of the box, let's you integrate with a lot of different pieces of software, helping you "close the gaps" on any technology pieces you might have needed to get some sales going with your funnel. I use it for my online course, and switching to it has helped me have more insight and more control over the last stage of the sales process--the checkout. Samcart can be used for other things (which I'll eventually probably get around to) but for the few functions (of many) I'm using it for, it's been a great tool. Well worth the price.

So far I don't have any qualms with the software at all. Happy to be using it. There eventually will need to be a bit more options for editing the checkout page, but I'm happy with it for sure.

I was using teachable for everything previously--hosting my course, sending emails and accepting payment, tracking sales, etc. The SERIOUS problem with teachable that made me refuse to use it outside of hosting my course is that there was absolutely no data on how many monthly subscribers I had, what their balances were, etc. I was also not able to manually charge anyone or do anything outside of the most rigid functions of people being able to just sign up, pay on time and use the course. Samcart gives me that insight. Samcart also has a much better, customizable checkout page whereas Teachable is pretty much doing what they can to LOWER conversions. Since switching over, our conversion rates have certainly gone up. So nowadays, again, Teachable hosts my course content, while I manage sales and subscriptions, and different checkout page types and different products, price points, testing and all that through Samcart. Makes a world of a difference.

SamCart is super user friendly! I love that there is almost no learning curve and intuitive.

I'd like to be able to create bundles for limited amounts of time a little easier.

Ease of use prevents issues from the admin side. Reliability prevents them from the consumer side. That's huge.

Appreciate the seamless access between creating new offers, payment plans and allowing my affiliates to promote and sell too.

I wish the affiliate center were a little more built out. I'd like to be able to easily offer different affiliates different percentages.

I signed up with samcart for simple payment plan solutions.

I love how easy the platform is to use. We started using SamCart after using Clickfunnels for several years and the difference is night and day. It's way more simple to create products, very easy to link to all of our other systems for fulfillment, and most importantly — easy to look at reports and see how our store is doing.

Honestly your templates really suck. This is the most frustrating part because you make a big deal out of all these great templates you have and most of them are garbage — way too funnely, too big of text, too much info above the checkout section on mobile. Your templates really need work. We've only been able to find 1 legacy template that works for us.

We use SamCart as JUST the checkout page of our funnel which I love. This means that we can have these beautiful font-end pages on Webflow and then direct to SamCart for the purchase.

The interface is clean and intuitive. Anything that isn't easy to figure out can almost always be found in the help section. New features are added all the time which always takes things to the next level.

I'd like to be able to directly update a customer's payment information, rather than requiring them to respond to an emailed request.

We have many products for which we offer individualized payment plans, SamCart makes this very simple. The user interface for product design is excellent and allows for duplication of products, which makes it much easier to create new, individualized products as needed. The integration between Thinkific and ConverKit is very good.

The dashboard is simple and intuitive. The customer support may be the primary reason.

I do wish blank templates without prepopulated areas (with other businesses) were an option. I know I can build from scratch. I like seeing the layout of the options. It throws me off when I see prebuilt templates.

Simplicity to get my service to market. The benefit is that I can be live in <15 minutes with my services to offer and I can do it on 1 page.

I really like how easy it is to manage payment, especially when helping people set up membership sites or recurring billing at different tiers.

It’s hard to change people from one plan to another, but not a huge deal.

I no longer have to manage individual subscriptions within PayPal which was super annoying, this makes running membership sites and group coaching so much easier. And automations with email sequences and tagging in ConvertKit is amazing.
