The security is very tight to the point where it causes trouble to log for authorised users as well
I am mostly into emailer development, So it helps to make them easily with the help of the template, which could be saved in them and has decent UI to traverse through old files.

Salesforce is bit Costly, on premium side. Limited resources because of multi tenent platform, use efficiently for better experience. Large platform, lot of customisation so needs time to understand how you can greatly utilize given options.
We used Salesforce platform to implement our client's business on it, to scale their business. We brought data from channels on Salescloud and used analytics to improve their business. We also integrated service cloud and marketing cloud to bring more of the business. Sales increased and so managing large data was easy.
It has a good community support. Pricing is reasonable and transperent. Versatile customization options across all the categories. Easy to manage data and it is very efficient.
Setup is bit complicated. Need a strong technical person to get this setup. That is the reason most non profit does not utilize the full potential of Salesforce.
Reporting is made easy through Salesforce. Dashboard is very much informative, if I want to compare two individuals that can be done simply in a easy to use charts and customization is easy too.
The ability to aggregate data from many data sources and integrate most of the time seamlessly to other business apps.
The platform could be heavy and slow sometimes - generating reports could take a while.
Aggregate all business data in one place.
The ability to keep all records and information in one useful spot, having access to all of the data at your fingertips.
Every company uses it different and it lacks continuity. The mobile app leaves a lot to be desired.
Manage my accounts and pipeline, helping to keep on task and make sure that I'm addressing the main areas of focus.
Salesforce support is quite good and prompt, and it is one of the best things about the salesforce platform. Other thing is that it can give you 360 experience with its wide array of different applications.
Moving on to a salesforce platform for a new developer is sometimes very expensive because of the lack of free salesforce resources on the platform itself. They do have trailhead modules but lack places where developers can implement their knowledge to learn.
Salesforce has various tools and applications that help businesses function swiftly on the internet. In addition, almost all their products are simpler for merchandisers and developers.
I like how Salesforce connects with a bunch of different platforms that my organization uses daily. It is a great software for customer retention and prospecting.
There's not much that I dislike about the platform. It is easy to use, while still robust, and can be learned and adopted by teams very quickly - which is another benefit to the platform.
Salesforce Platform helps us organize and track key information about a prospect's stages. We can keep track of the communications they receive (email, phone, etc), the stage of opportunity, and more.
The thing that I like best about the platform is it's reporting and lead stage capturing capabilities.
Too many options making it a little complicated for new users to navigate
It's a one-stop customer relationship platform. It enables sales and marketing teams to analyze the current sales funnel and take informed business decisions.

Salesforce is very useful and it allows to collect of data, as well as specific data that is pertaining to the job or ask. It is also user-friendly. The team can create whatever function that is needed.
The log-in method can cause some heartburn. The customized security log-in works but when the application logs out it goes to a salesforce interface and the company username and passwords will not work.
This is used as a knowledgebase platform as well as a CRM database. It contains and retains information for both end-users and customers. It does a great job with mounds of data.
Once data is in the platform, it's very straightforward to pull and use the data to gather insights. Running & pulling reports is easy, as long as you know what you want to learn. Aso good that it integrates with other platforms and tools fairly seamlessly.
It's challenging to use or keep clean data if the structure is not consistent. Always a challenge with different architects and requirements. There must be a way to manage through a course correct scenario
Building & maintaining lead database, tracking performance throughout time, understanding the behavior of prospects, how quickly they act and what prompts action
