Many different ways to categorize your leads with custom fields, account tags, etc
Sometimes it can be hard to figure out how to do something (like sending an email drip campaign)
Great way to track touch points with clients
Simple, easy to use. Isn't bogged down with a confusing and complex interface that plagues a lot of CRMs. The customer service is quite literally, the best I have experienced. Questions are responded to promptly and clearly and new features are communicated clearly and efficiently. If the system hasn't been able to do something we wanted, the staff went above and beyond helping us build a custom workaround solution.
Few minor quality of life features were missing, when we first started using it, however, they have since added these in.
Simple and easy to use. No unnecessary or complex elements in the UI.
The customer service is just great. Whenever I have a question, they are here to help. Also, the software is very easy to use and manage. I've used Salesforce before and using Salesflare is like breathing in fresh air.
There were some major congtact import issues, but they were immediately fixed by the support team.
Tracking my sales leads, managing tasks around them, and having a transparent overview.
The tasks and reminders including follow up by email
Nothing specific as such. Could possibly help us with some AI like linkedin does
This has replaced all previous forms of follow up I used to do with my accounts on multiple mediums as salesflare keep tab of every single communication Exporting , importing contacts is so easy and fun. Never knew it could so simple Salesflare comes highly reco6mmended for people who want a dedicated pipeline with distinct customizable stages in funnel. Finally, extremely supportive and highly motivated team. Which provides a personal touch
I like their lightning-fast support combined with their affordable price. In terms of functions: it's simple, yet purposeful. The right information is brought forward in a nice-looking and clear way. I also love the fact that I don’t have to put in the energy to keep it up-to-date.
Limited customization is possible, this takes some getting used to. We encountered some minor bugs when setting up our first email-campaign (that's where the support kicked in, luckily).
Our sales process has sped up. Simple as that! We are saving time and making more money.
I really like the At-A-Glance opportunities pipeline and how easy it is to update the status and details of prospects. I can also easily tie in emails to and from clients to add notes to a project instead of having to do it manually, which saves time and is huge.
I think any hiccups I have entering new items is more me not having taken the time to really learn the system and just kind of winging it while I was busy.
I love spreadsheets - a LOT. I try to keep all of them updates for my prospects and potential leads but when you are pushing it can be difficult to put in the time for something that may or may not hit. Salesflare lets me use it as a first line so if a client responds or the project moves forward then I can move it up in my Salesflare pipeline and get it put into the rest of my systems without wasting time entering info on a low potential lead.
Salesflare captures data, saving inputs.
Every now and then, a contact using the domain of a company I've already created an account for will not update to that account.
Salesflare has been a huge time-saver and has helped reduce meetings over who-is-doing-what-when.
Automates email activity at the contact, account, and opportunity level so we can easily see across the team all customer activity. The Opportunity page is also a great way to view a snapshot of the business and how quickly we are moving leads over to the right.
Missing some ways to slice and dice the data which may become more relevant as we grow.
Transparency across the company is solved. Great way to quickly get activity logged in our CRM. Ease of managing sales related tasks as well. It's easy and it saves me time more than anything else!
The approach of Salesflare is great. you do not have to keep it updated as it does so itself by living on parts of your E-mali inbox you designate. Also it makes it easy to let it stand as ist is for a while when you are engaged in some other things but when you return you find all things in order and ready to continue where you left of. The best thing is - in my humble regard - that Salesflare really does what it is supposed to do: Make your life easier by supporting you with its CRM Functionalities *without* requiring you to keep *another* tool up to date. This is amazing.
There is not much to dislike here. Maybe the trial period is somewhat to short but then again, who am I to complain. The price is very much okay, although by 30 to 35 EUR per month per user does not scale so well. On the other hand, if this is something you need to be saving on something might be wrong with your business model anyways.
I Keep up to date with serval sales Pipelines. There is a promotional Pipeline I set up containing Items I use for making my services know. The workflow is totally different from the workflows regarding real prospects and the different types of contracts I provide with. Non the less I need statistics on both, especially for keeping track of where dependecies are between certain promotional endeavors and resulting contracts. I also using it for keeping an Eye out on sales especially which contact is in which stage and who needs to be adressed with what and when. This is crucial because I plan not to only do this all by myself but have my assistnts take over critical parts of this, only involving myself when required. Last but not least it is absolutely cool to be able to link Salesflare via Zapier to toDo and task managament / project management and accounting tools. I still have way to go there and it seems its always time out of these planned activities that is diverted to more pressing tasks but having a chance to trigger the generation of Quotes, invoies and toDos from my sales, prospect and promotion pipelines is amazing. It also gives me the security to be ready for what is coming without a potential issue of having to switch CRM mid-turn during a massive growth phase.
Tech: ease of use, all the functionality we need. Service: they are quick to respond to any questions, and are always friendly and helpful. A pleasure to work with
