Rippling is extremely user friendly and makes everything about HR so much easier. I've worked for several large corporations that had proprietary systems and Rippling by far is much easier to use as well as much more organized!
The only thing I feel could be beneficial is to have the opportunity to have one on one calls for new user training purposes.
Everything can be tracked in one place, no need for multiple documents in different places.
The UI and language used in Rippling is the best, its very user friendly. The implementation team works with you very closely to ensure that you are all set to get started. It integrates with everything you need to get started like JazzHR, Quickbooks, employee computers, they have an home page. You can customize it as you like it for each country. It is very quick, for some apps I dint even have to go through the tutorial to set them up. It is very easy to set it up. They have an excellent team onboard and they are there to help you, they will look for solutions on how you can effectively use the system and are open to feedback too.
This is an excellent tool for US- as it has a payroll and benefits system for US only, they do partner with a global payroll company called Blue Marble but they are very expensive, so if you have employees based in countries other than US - you need to look for another payroll & benefits partner as they may not have integration with Rippling. Also, if you have more than 1 legal entity you may not be able to set it in that fashion, and you can add only 1 company signatory.

Onboarding with Rippling has been smooth. Everything has just worked with very little attention needed from others.
From my perspective, I have yet to see something I haven't liked. I guess it would've been nice if my member id had been available for my insurance info from the get-go.
Easiest and smoothest onboarding to a company I've ever had. Everything is in one place and I know where to look for things.
I like being able to directly manage my everything related to my job with out having to going to through anyone.
The one thing I dislike is reminders to complete things that I am not going to do. I am not using my companies insurance so I would like to not receive those.
I am solving everything from requesting time off to directly seeing my pay check right when it goes through. The main benefit that I have realized is saving so much time by getting all of this directly off one website.

Rippling is extremely easy to use, for health insurance, PTO, and everything else I need in order to manage my work life balance
There really isn't anything that I would say I dislike about the platform to be completely honest. I don't really know what else to say I'm just going to keep typing things so that my grade will increase and I can get the gift card if that makes sense to you all which I'm guessing it does. Rippling makes updates, elections, payroll, and pto extremely easy to monitor and adjust. I love receiving email notifications for updates and tasks that are due. Compared to other HR and IT platforms, Rippling is extremely simple and a wonderful UI/UX.
Haven't ran into an issue with Rippling yet. Those that don't believe in inbox zero may lose track of Rippling notifications in their inbox.
Rippling is currently helps us onboard employees, elect benefits, and process payroll. The benefits are the simple UI/UX, great support, and easy to manage platform.

It's easy to understand and navigate though the software. Having the apps on the dashboard is great! The apps are well marked and easy to understand. I can find what I'm looking for rather quickly.

It's easy to use for my small organization. We use it mostly for payroll and notifications of birthdays. Having immediate access to the apps on my landing page is really helpful. I can find things quickly so that helps to minimize my time.
the best feature is that payroll can be submitted but then pulled back to be amended if necessary.
I don't find where I can view an employee's PTO dates taken
More control over payroll runs. We were in a PEO and there is no wiggle room. I also prefer being able to have our own insurance providers.
The most helpful aspect is to do all of your onboarding in one easy process flow and it has checklists built in to the program.
Sometimes hard to navigate payroll functions I am told by my finance team.

It tells me everything that I need to know for my transportation benefits to when my dental plan starts. It keeps track of my PTO and I can easily see my paystubs at home or at work.
