Quick response, usefull interface, clear process

Nothing so far. Nothing that comes to my mind honestly

I used Remote.com for one year, every time I had a doubt, the Customer Support team helped me in a few minutes. I used the platform a lot to check my payslips and my current emplyment status.

I liked everything in Remote. Nothing to complain. Just an advice that I already gave to the CS team, would be useful to have a button to bulk export all the documents.

I was working for a German company from Italy. Remote solved the tax/legal/finance issues.

I still would like more transparency in the payroll/invoice tab. Sometimes it's difficult to understand what's included or not. It would be great to have an overview of all costs of hiring someone in each country (e.g. internet allowance, meal vouchers, or any other benefits that are mandatory). Some employee turn out being more expensive than initially planned.

Some talent is scarce in the country were we are allowed to hire (Germany), so it's great being able to have a bigger pool. Legal expertise in each country.

Working with Remote has been an excellent experience and the best "remote" company that I've worked with. On the couple of occasions I needed customer service, the representatives were quick, helpful and efficient. Everything is seamless working with Remote!

If I have to think of something negative, the only thing I can say is it would be nice to get paid weekly as opposed to bi-weekly, however that's not too big of a deal.

Remote allows me to work for a foreign company within the laws of the country I live in. That helps balancing money movimentation in different centers. I enjoy being able to earn more and apply my money on local communities.

Remote is very easy to access and navigate. I love how it allows you to track details of all the employees across the world at one simple panel. Support team is also very helpful and solves issues very quickly.

As a frequent user I would like to have one person dedicated to the queries, so it makes it easier to continue conversation, instead of having multiple people dealing with one query.

We don't have to look for different entities across the world to employ talented staff. Remote makes it easy to onboard new employees regardless of their location.

I think the customer support sometimes lacks timing as they focus on AI before sending your questions to a human.

Working with them, you can move abroad without stress. Please be relax and let them take care of every detail. Besides this, they have many interesting benefits, as meal card, health insurance, etc. Super suuuper recommended! Since we contacted them, everything was super straight forward. Very easy to move on with the paperwork and outstanding customer support almost 24/7.

I needed to move from Germany to Spain in record time; let's say 2 months of margin. They solved all my questions in a week, the week after they prepared the contract and the paperwork. They assisted every single day replying all my requests. A month after I was already in Spain, working and being paid by them. It felt as I would be working with Remote for years. Everything was fast, easy and smooth

Remote is a very serious company that listens very carefully to employees' feedback, it has a good amount of benefits, and has a great support team who is ready to assist whenever it's necessary.

Health insurance is not very affordable (at least in Brazil) to add dependents

Remote gives me the ability to have a safe professional experience since it fully follows the country's legislation. Along with that, I receive several benefits such as meal vouchers, health insurance, a private pension plan, and more.

The best thing is the automation that Remote provides. We just have to create invoices by the end of the month and all of the necessary things are done by Remote so that we can get paid which is the most fascinating feature

It takes 3 days to process each step of the paying process which is a bit time consuming but I don't have any issue with it but maybe some people would disagree

I have not had any issue in the past 2 months so I can't share anything here
