ProofHub is all in all a reliable tool for our team. It has proven to be robust and it’s safe to say my team will be using it for the years to come. I like that the interface is very easy to get used to. It is also a preferred platform because it allows you to communicate in multiple ways with chat features and team discussion portals and all.

Since we were using a lot of tools before we got ProofHub, I feel that it has taken over most of our functions. However, I still find it a bit inconvenient that it has limited integrations with other software platforms.

Since we started using ProofHub our Project Management workflow got more streamlined. ProofHub gives us insights as to which agent is working on what task and the current progress of the task.

It is perfect for teams who want to collaborate with teams and clients at one place. Also, its pricing is decent and the best part is that is it doesn’t charge per user fee no matter how many users you have and has simple fixed price plans.

ProofHub doesn’t integrate with many third-party apps, it integrates with only 8 apps: Freshbooks, Google Calendar, iCal, Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive and Outlook.

We must take a monthly subscription to use the software, it is not possible to buy only a license. I already encountered bugs or delays that were a normally long. I don't know if it's due to the software or my internet connection.

Proofhub is definitely a very straightforward software that is very easy to use. The best thing I like about Proofhub is that it is compatible with my tablet so I can use it on the go. I like the interface and the features are mostly customizable. Affordable too. Simple, uncomplicated and affordable pricing tiers. Pretty good customer support.

I have noticed that Proofhub comes with very limited budgeting tools. It would be great if they could add some more.

Proofhub has made project management simpler than before for me and my team. For the price, it is a great software. I basically use it for everything about the project I am currently working on. Gives a quick snapshot of where my project is in terms of target vs actual data.

ProofHub has been a really useful software for me. From planning to implementation of the project, this software does its job seamlessly. Most importantly, I can easily track the progress of my project using this software which has made things less complicated for me and my team.

We researched several PM softwares primarily for project task and time management, and have loved using ProofHub. It’s easy to navigate, easy to organize and assign, and you can see all of your tasks from different projects with their respective due dates simultaneously.

I wish the main dashboard looked a little different or were more customizable, but it’s a minor complaint I’m the larger spectrum.

Task management! As a designer and marketer on our Development team, I’m balancing several deadlines and projects simultaneously, while also managing requests from the rest of the organization. ProofHub helps me breathe a sigh of relief that I don’t have to track all of my tasks through email or remember every deadline - it’s all right there, easy to see and manage.

The reports are not as useful as they could be.

The ease of assigning tasks and monitoring which tasks have been completed and which tasks are pending is one of the best things I like about Proofhub. Besides this there's also reports which tell me when the tasks have been completed or if there have been delays.

The tool isn't as great as we hoped it would be while moving from Clickup to here. It lacks a hue of features such as a good note tool, project management tool or for team collaboration.

We are using Proofhub to enable project collabs for events, everyday tasks and more. Besides this, the tool provides clarity on what tasks are being done by the teammates and what tasks are still pending.

With this I get a lot of help in planning my project and helps me keep a track of all the progress

Setting indicators for project and how to track them is really time taking but with this software I get a lot of help to make it better and faster

Overall, breaking a large projects into tasks is healthy. These tasks are then divided up, and tracked. The tracking is the key -- according to time, person, and completion. Ultimately, the record of the entire project is key here: knowing who did what, when, how communication was achieved, and was the project fulfilled.

Dislikes include the ease of making the project over-complex. Technology can be easily used to create delay -- for example, if a task is delayed, and then project grinds to a halt. There should be more ways to prevent this, otherwise the strength of the technology becomes its own Achilles heel.

ProofHub's vast strength is breaking down complexity into simplicity -- but beware it can becomes more complex very quickly. But in terms of benefits, its beauty is as a real time information strange flow system for any kind of project. Equally beneficial is its way of changing the perspective -- to view by task, individual, or comment. It has a steep learning curve, but it is very visually clear, and I enjoyed the sensation of completion of smaller tasks on the journey to complete the big picture.
