As a UX Writer and Content manager, I've been using Prismic weekly for more than a year. It is a flexible, easy to use tool that you can quickly get to grips with. Really like the tool, looking forward to discovering more of its features.

I use Prismic every day for my work. Very easy to use from a non-development perspective & a user-friendly interface.

Prismic is missing certain features: image captions & linking to in-page anchors. Sometimes anchors do not function well.

Prismic is ideal for managing hundreds of content assets for our team. It makes cross-team collaboration easier.

- They have put serious time into evolving their product and listening to users, they provide a nice roadmap and are always on the lookout for feedback - Utility functions for frameworks are handy such as the PrismicRichText and Image - Good coverage for different frameworks and clear where to navigate inside the documentation so convenient to integrate. I appreciate the examples provided. - Image processing with Imgix - Slice machine is a massive boon

- They have changed the pricing model quite drastically recently with the locales, unclear how that might impact current users - Cannot bulk delete images (I believe they are working on this)

Providing a CMS that I can use with React or Vue to create static sites for clients. Multi-locale support was an important factor too.

The simplicity and streightforwardness is the reason I stick with Prismic.

Very user-friendly platform. I have 0 background in web design and format and was able to pick this up within a few hours of training. Very common sense oriented, great search tools and seems to have a very responsive customer service team (but I have not had to use them)

There's a small initial learning curve. But once you pick up the basics it is very easy to navigate and implement.

Supporting content pages on Magento

As a non-coder, it makes creating complex pages easy. I appreciate the features that are so intuitive to help you built content and edit smoothly without creating errors. Some actions, such as duplicating existing pages, can be difficult with other tools. With this, it take just a click.

There are some small features that can be hard to use, such as moving a module up and down a page; it can be inefficient to have to click the arrow to move vs. just grabbing and dropping it where you want. But overall it's got great ease of use.

It allows multiple users to edit, plan, and create pages as well as contribute new content seamlessly. It also allows us to efficiently send QA links and gather feedback for quick development and turnaround. As someone in Product Marketing, it makes it very easy to tweak value props and try new things without needing dev time and resources.

Since the very beginning Prismic has made everything a lot easier. It easily gives you the possibility to create valuable content, respecting brand values and identity. It has also given us the possibility to easily implement new components, in a fast and smart way.

Sometimes it took too much time to get response after tech accidents and integration fields sometimes are not working properly.

We do not depend anymore on e-commerce platform (backend) to build our personalized content and it makes it a lot easier to create new pages by using a set of component that you can easily combine however you wish to.
