Easy to use, reactive answers from customer service, I am very happy with Oyster.
The only constraint is that the timesheets are not very flexible and need the CS support for some info input.
It is the direct link between me and my company and allows me working from another country.
Ease in raising Invoice and get the payments on time
Not able to edit invoice even before approval or rejection

There is nothing to dislike about Oyster :-)
Its solves all my payroll issues and clearly explain about my employment benefits.
They made the onboarding process extremely easy from start to finish. They were always responsive and willing to help in a promptly manner.
So far I have not had anything not to like about Oyster
It is allowing my company to hire me from a country in which they do not have presence

Oyster helps you with every single thing that you can think of, even if you have trouble with the platform and contact your account manager or your CS manager they'll help besides their job title and besides their skills. And if they don't know how to solve it or how to help you with that they'll tell and they'll find the correct department or person.
They don't provide financial advise, regarding relocations, but that's the only problem that I can find
I can hire a lot of people where I don't have an entity, I can do it through Oyster (either where they have an entity, or they hire a 3rd party to be in the arrangement).
