On24 Webcast Elite is a super user friendly platform to get branded webinars up and running quickly, efficiently and provides great marketing metrics integration. The platform provides a very friendly audience experience.
No dislikes as of yet. A help chat option might be a nice addition.
Integrated metrics and reporting with Salesforce, the platform is extremely friendly for presenters to work in.
My favorite part of the platform is the customization features. However, the ease of use and the ability to extract the content is very beneficial. We use Elite from a corporate level for webinars but use the platform as part of our virtual conference in the fall of 2020.
There aren't many things with Elite that I don't like. I prefer this platform to all others in the market.
We used Elite to execute a digital event while working with the ON24 virtual platform. The ease of use helps to make an event seamless.
It can handle users up to 10k users, where there is significantly less percentage of server issue. User Interface is very straightforward and very user-friendly. The page is very responsive, so the wait time is reduced.
It is very obvious to get bugs when we launch a new product, i also faced few bugs in the initial days, and later the bugs were fixed and now it is ease to use Rare cases are like, answers which i gave is again answered by someone else
We basically use it for online events like webinars, presentations, and sometimes to connect with people live. Since it can withstand many users, there is no delay in the playlist. I wouls personally like to recommend this amazing platform to all my peers.

The use of a third party vendor to come to on24. We currently access your platform through CenturyLink and the roadblock in timing to getting webcasts set up quickly due to current SLAs. So nothing you guys are doing :)
Getting to market with timely tax topics, processing CPE certificates for our clients and prospects and having a platform that is ready to go when news breaking events happen.
The enhancements made in the last 12 months have only increased the lead this platform has on any other in the virtual space. They have taken a clunky presenter experience and created an intutitive platform. Each release makes me more excited to share what they have introduced next to my company and regular presenters.
My biggest complaints are that they don't yet allow backgrounds for presenters and there isnt an option to run a simulive webinar that rolls over to video Q&A. However, the breakout rooms are a step in the right direction.
The seamless integration with Marketo and Drift make it easy for our company to create webinars of value and receive real-time results.
The flexibility of delivery methods and availability for on-demand is incredible. The reporting on all of this is critical and incredibly beneficial to our marketing activities.
Would like the Simu-2-live to be able to record with computer audio and not require a phone and computer connection.

A simple user interface helps reduce the time to train speakers. On24 has almost all of the tools needed to make a presentation beautiful and clear. Our users skew older, and the ease of use is crucial. When troubleshooting problems on the user side, it is typically a simple fix. We have received feedback in the form of user surveys which are generally very positive. Finally, On24 makes the experience for our webinar sponsors seamless. We can add calls to action, sponsor videos, and giveaways with ease.
The best part about using ON24 is the ability to customize the various parts of the webinar. Our team has the ability to make webinar events look very corporate and we also have the ability to add more engaging elements to the other types of webinars that our sales teams offer.
The reporting side of the platform could be a bit better. Having the ability to parse out the data easier when you have multiple lines of business accessing the account.
Our entire sales teams had to pivot from all in person to all online. ON24 Webcast Elite gave our sales teams the ability to engage with prospects throughout virtually throughout the pandemic lockdowns. Without ON24 we wouldn't have been able to offer our Sales Teams an alternative. ON24 Webcast Elite helped our marketing team assist our Sales Teams with being able to reach out to prospects during a very challenging time when trying to engage with prospects.
There is so much functionality! I love that you can see multiple speakers at once, and there are so many features that you can add into your webinar to truly customize it.
There are so many features, that it is overwhelming at first, but the implementation managers help a lot.
we are hosting all of our events virtually right now, and this is our platform to achieve that.
I love that ON24 took a tremendous amount of time to design their product around the end-user experience. There are tons of engagement options, great reporting tools, and endless ways to customize an event. Everything being self-contained in one environment is also a huge value-add. You don't need a lot of other third-party plug-ins or accounts to do what you want.
I can't say that I dislike anything. There are features I'd like to see added or enhanced in the future, sure, but this has been the best and most comprehensive webcasting tool I've used thus far.
Our team can spin up and market a pretty significant virtual event in a minimal amount of time. We get terrific engagements from our presenters and attendees and are constantly complimented by the user and presentation dashboards when being compared to competing platforms.

Outreach and engagement - We have realized that this tool can help us reach our global audience while staying safe during covid.
I am the Conference Chair for our Association and did a full RFI analysis on multiple digital platforms to host our first virtual conference. We chose ON24 for the state-of-the art technology with being able to build a virutal conference with the look and feel of in-person conference in a online environment. This platform was easy to learn to create the engagement hub and webcasts for our training needs to our Association members. The presenters love the ease and use of the presentation manager console PMXD to deliver their content. The user interface on the audience view is state-of-the art, professional, simple, to easy to use and navigate.
Last year had less audience live interaction and only one way through the Q&A chat box. Feedback received was the presenters wanted live interaction with the audience like on Zoom where they can either use the chat box or unmute themselves to ask or respond to questions. The attendees wanted to see who was participating in the session and be able to chat with each other for networking purposes. For my virtual conference last year, I had some webcast sessions that I needed to link externally to another platform like Zoom and when I incorporated into the webcast console to have the look and feel, I still had to run the session as a producer with starting and stop the webcast as the lobby music will still run in the background though the audience is on Zoom. The platform does not work with other platforms like MS Teams or GoToWebinar so you have to create external URL link instead as tile instead on the E-Hub. Our corporate sponsors stated they did not see a return on their invesment as attendees did not visiting their virtual booths. Every webcasts needs a slide deck uploaded even if you not using one. When publishing media streaming files, there will be a double echol if played on-demand in media player and in slide deck at the same time.
Learning about the new breakout sessions tool to facilitate audience interaction with the presenter. I think a better enhancement could be that the breakout chatroom is incorporated into the webcast itself so attendees can watch the webinar and chat within it instead of clicking on the breakout widget that takes them out externally into another web browser tab. My wish list is for ON24 to incorporate payment processing system for the registration component. I have to use an external event management vendor CVENT for the registration and payment processing and data integration for my event. If I am to have platform that does it all, I will be able to consolidate the number of systems we have contracted to host our event and save lots of time and financial resources.
ON24 is the top of the webinar platform experience. The growing flexibility to customize the platform to your company helps keep branding consistent. The true value, however, comes from the dedicated partnership from the ON24 customer support team. It is excellent to know that our voices are listened to and heard. We always receive specific details into product launches and the latest features. The update to visually see speaker bandwidth will be a game changer.
As with any platform, new advances come with new risks of bugs and performance issues. We have seen these happen. When it does happen, the ON24 team is quick to recognize and take ownership over those issues, and navigate the best step forward.
We have been able to pivot many of our traditionally in-person conferences and experiences to an online, virtual platform. We also have discovered new ways to engage with potential clients that adds more value to their experience.
ON24 has allowed us to take all of our continuing education programming virtual in 2020 and beyond. ON24's team is very responsive to technical issues as well as feature requests/platform updates.
ON24 has a few quirks (when you turn your camera off, for instance, the black box does not disappear), but there are no dealbreakers. I have confidence that in time, ON24 will fix any issues and only improve.
We needed to convert to a fully virtual environment when COVID-19 impacted New Jersey, and ON24 has allowed us to do that while still providing an excellent experience for our members.

Able to provide engaging content to students Internationally and inter-state. During a COVID world, we were able to TRIPLE the database of our most important Public Lecture series, Ideas & Society. Larger audiences as they can join online, no need to be in Melbourne! Regional campuses were able to reach larger audiences too! Our activities were able to continue during COVID, regardless of the lack of in-person connection.
The console. You can completely customise each and every webinar beyond a standard webinar template. Enabling your company to completely stand out in the platform.
The integration to Salesforce. However, this may be due to my lack of knowledge on how best to integrate.
We are standing out in the marketplace. We are offering the most unique tailored experiences to our clients that our competitors are not yet doing. We are seeing what advisers are engaging with and starting to implement automation tactics on the back of this.
ON24 allows for a completely customisable experience and has become even more essential for us to grow our business over the past year. ON24 are also constantly rolling out new features and are always open to comments or feedback to improve the platforms we use. We conduct around 200 webinars per year and this has increased vastly due to the global pandemic. However, ON24 have been there to help us build our digital events and respond to this increase, making sure we can give the best experience possible to our clients.
Sometimes there are bugs in the system which can cause issues on live events. However, these are few and far between and ON24 have a live event support who have always dealt with any issues swiftly to ensure we can continue with out event.
Over the past year our webinar output has increased and we have been able to use webcast elite to grow our digital products and try new ideas to respond to the changing market. We allow for our customers to join together with analysts and explore relevant ideas and questions in the market.
There are many good things i found in On 24 platform. which everyone Who uses will accept. 1. A very cool place to work with 2. UI is straight forward and easy to handle. 3. it can handle many users more than 10 k. 4. Initially in the past, faced few bugs. but later it was fixed and good support. 5. The Platform is good for Online events and webinars. 6. handles many users at once. no Disturbances in playlists. 7. I recommended this product for many. 8. it allows you to have a conversation within team which helps in collaboration.
Initially, there were few bugs. later it was all resolved. Some times we some questions that i answered will again be answered by others. The Product is being evolved in a faster scale and is a huge support for training and development firms.
Webinar, Events. Can cater to huge audience. Platform is responsive. we use the platform for our webinar and Live events as it is the best for huge audience . say more than ten thousand participants. It also has authentication and authorization. it is secure and trustworthy. Sometimes, initially it was bit lagging. and now it has improved. Great improvement.
