Like most well written software, it takes minutes to get you started but many hours to achieve mastery.

I can say yes to company process enhancements now! When asked by the business if a process can be enhanced, I say yes because I have Nintex!
After experiencing a catastrophic server failure, I'm no longer able to access the Nintex Workflow Management in Central Admin. I worked with support, but am still unable to access this area. My license expires in January and I'm unable to import the license. I was told by support that I need to re-install the product, but received little direction. From this experience I would say customer service is the only improvement that could be made.
My company is saving thousands of dollars on an invoice processing system through the use of Nintex workflows! Nintex has also allowed us to save on paper print outs saving the cost of paper and trees!
Being able to customize merged documents
Doesn't work with SF Lightening experience.
We are able to quickly merge documents from within salesforce which makes our business run more efficiently.
The support is second to none. Even when i have docusign issues, they don't just pawn it off and refuse to help me, they always stick with me until the end.
Occasional crashes, very rare. I'm grasping at straws here.
Contract templatizing and generation
Nintex Workflow has turned grueling, time consuming processes into hands-free solutions. So many of our teams turned to Nintex Workflow to free up their time and to reduce errors in previously all-manual processes. They have reduced the need for emails.
Sorry to say, the cloud pricing is out of our reach for the time being. We do hope to continue using it on prem.
Reporting processes, document approvals, sales pricing change approvals, Task tracking, and deadline reminders. We save time, money, and reduce errors using Nintex Workflow.
We can make a process as simple or as complex as required. Breaking down the activities into tasks and notes really helps.
Anyone who creates a Promapp can go ahead and publish it themselves - this means that the review process can be skipped, which is not exactly a healthy process !
Making day-to-day tasks easier to understand for an outsider (new joinee, other team). Helps in organizing your thought process around an actual business process.
Nintex workflow has provided a well documented, detailed and highly capable workflow platform. It has allowed the PMO organization to run over 1.5M workflows over the course of year. It also has provided batch processing which is very powerful. The platform has also enable acces to other system APIs. Rapid adoption, can enable a work group with a few hours of training.
Some error messages are not detailed enough to rapidly diagnose. Could use a verbose logging so that all variables are shown for each step.

updating process Is slow, in my opinion Nintex need to adopt a new way of updating their software to include Users in the updating process. In other words Nintex needs to involve the end users to share their valuable custom and compound actions with other users. I know it`s not an easy task but it grantee end user passion works and creativity.
Manly we are using Nintex workflow to automate our processes, At our company we have a lot of departments that their most work are paper based and we need to revamp this using our SharePoint capabilities and Nontax workflow. Nintex Workflow reduce the resources time to deliver our projects and tasks.
The thing that I like best about Nintex is the workflow platform. It is flexible and powerful. Nintex Forms is coming into its own but still has a little ways to go to become as powerful as the workflow platform.
The think I like least is the lack of training opportunities for Nintex. The training site is weak and the training partners are few and very expensive. An individual who wants to become rapidly proficient on Nintex will pay quite a bit to get there.
I solve all sorts of business process problems with Nintex Forms and workflow. With the deprecation of MS InfoPath, we are relying more and more on NF. Leave Requests, Document Management, Supply Management, Document Change approvals... the list goes on and on.

It is not quiet fool proof. Due to the fact the workflows do have the ability to get caught in a loop I would not recommend releasing it to a business user. But an IT admin who has knowledge around workflows and processes would be more than capable of using the workflow tool.
Some of the problems I have solved is making work processes automated, paperless and making it possible for minimal human interaction as possible. It reduces human error and alike the same as any automated form system.

Promapp is so simple. We have trained over 200 staff members to use it, with no issues. It's regularly improved, but in ways that keep the core functions clean and concise. It's flexible, accessible, easily integrated, and just plain useful.
I'm not crazy about reviews, but let's be honest, they are necessary.
In a small unitary authority with nearly 300 staff doing a vast array of roles, process capture is vital to ongoing business productivity. It's also massively helpful during change projects - everyone gets the same story, the same way, every time.
It is so easy to write and update processes within Promapp - you can move activities around, automatic numbering, insert images, link processes, dashboard for current and outstanding processes
Nothing yet, need to make sure staff engagement is higher perhaps - this is obviously internal and not product related
Getting around Word document based processes that are far too time consuming to re-write, change, publish etc.
Nintex workflows provide a huge advantage - The ability to create solutions and address business problems by so easily extending the native SharePoint Platform. Users never ask us about Workflows - they ask us if we can make "ABC" somehow happen "Automatically" when "XYZ" occurs. Nintex Workflows allow me to say "Yes" much more often!.
The Pricing model for Nintex Online. My Company has to look at alternatives when we hit O365 because we cannot simply take all of the wonderful workflows we have written over the last two years and throw them into the cloud. Now we have a quota of "X" workflows - and I can only use Nintex for the critical workflows and find some other tool for the non critical workflows....

Nintex workflow platform is very intuitive and powerful tool. This empowers super users to design and deploy business process automation with limited or no IT support. Tools has large inventory of actions ready to be configured that require no custom coding. It also provides access to webservice interactions, which are highly configurable. You can standardise workflows throughout company by using reusable workflows or creating site collection level UDAs. This platform is also expandable with plugins from many third party vendors. We use a PDF conversion tool that integrates very nicely with Nintex Workflow and allow us to automate several processes.
Lack of tools or dashboard for power users to review Nintex Workflow database. Also, it lack the ability to automatically heal any workflow timeout errors due to system issues.
We have 100s of workflow configured to preform simple actions like creating dynamic URLs to fully automated processes. We have automated process like funding approval request, Change Request review and approval, weekly reminders, converting HTML pages or other documents into PDFs etc.
