Very intuitive software! Linking systems and data together is now so easy and fun. Im a huge fan of the drag-and-drop structures. Overall, it has a wide array of tools to connect online accounts and systems that prior to Integromat wouldnt normally communicate well with each other (if at all)!

Support for the software is declining, takes days to get help/response.

I love how visual it is! Coding can be very confusing but integromat presents it in an easy to use way with their graphics and set up.

It has a bit of a learning curve! It is intuitive to do the basics but requires some extra knowledge to customize flows more.

It connects all of our applications and flows together!

Integromat integrates with all our business applications and just makes the links between them very flawless!

I think it could be a good idea to see test the flow with fake data instead of needing the submit your connection each time

Integromat will give all the team the needed information from all the applications without the need to log in each and every day

There is not much you can't do with Integromat. Using either existing connectors or just using Webhooks & API, all kinds of automation actions are possible. I'm using it to pull JSON data, push to MySQL in Google cloud, send emails, monitor Google Sheets, .... Where Zapier is mainstream and easy to use, Integromat is a Swiss knife.

Documentation is not always easy to understand. It would be best if you had some expert level of understanding of how data manipulation is done. The learning curve is quite steep.

Easy of use, we have a number of people using the system and they are able to pick it up quickly with no prior experience. They consistently adding new integrations and it is priced fairly.

No major complaints. There are some integrations we are egarly awaiting, but I am not sure how they process works, so it might not be on them. Sometimes their support team can be a little on the slow side.

We've been able to do a number of integrations with Google Workspace and other SaaS apps, allowing us to automate some workflows. With the way the available library continues to grow, I expect to be able to do even more in the future.

It's a flexible enough tool to cover most of our use cases.

The interface could be better. It's not obvious how to save, enable, and publish scenarios. Also, some kind of a debug mode would be useful.

Huge flexibility of the number of modules we can add, as well as the ability to scale up very quickly. Much much cheaper than alternative software.

Few bugs here and there we have to work around occasionally but the team seems to be on the ball

Make is more powerful and flexible than Zapier and similar platforms. It makes it easy to call api endpoints directly as part of a flow without worrying about authentication, when a particular function from one of the saas products you're integrating with isn't built in. It also can handle things like arrays of results which other platforms can't.

The migration from Integromat was very painful and not well planned by them. One big change is webhooks in integromat used to be able to be used on multiple scenarios/workflows, but now they aren't. This means ALL of your workflows that are in production using a shared webhook as the trigger will break and need to be reconfigured. Literally zero effort on their team's part to make this transition easy. Their documentation is also gratuitously verbose and disorganized, and they provide poor support via email only (slow to reply, reps often don't read your initial message). Finally, integromat and make are brittle - if one thing goes wrong in one workflow one time, it shuts off the workflow entirely until you manually go in and look. Sometimes it's just a matter of missing or malformed data sent by another system e.g. your CRM, but that shouldn't cause it to give up and shut off for all future triggers. It's very transparent they are trying to conserve compute power wherever possible with such fault intolerant policies. This issue makes Make seem like a consumer product not ready for real business use.

From what I understood, it backs up your clickup so that if you make a mistake via clickup, you just go to Make and it will sort out your mistake. I don't know if there are other competitors out there besides Make

I don't have any dislikes at the moment as I have not spend time with Make software. I must make time to sit down, read through everything, learn it and know how it works

I don't know of any problems or issues, because I have not worked with Make for long enough. I am not more productive, because I have not used Make software for more than 1 day

Easy use, friendly user experience and interface

Customer service responded after 3 weeks, did not solve the problem then disappear for another 3 weeks and so on.
