Really like the in-webinar features particularly the live features like polls, Q&A, and chat. Makes our sessions a lot more engaging. We use this for customer, community, and outreach webinars. Works really well for all of them :)
Could be easier to manage team members, especially people who aren't platform regulars.

La réactivité de l'équipe est un vrai plus, le support est hyper réactif. Les fonctionnalités proposées par la plateforme permettent de mener à bien les évènements, de tout orchester. Nous étions + de 2000 personnes en live et aucun problème technique à signaler, top !
Le fait peut être que les statistiques ne soient pas par session mais par évènement par exemple
Nous avions une forte demande pour un webinar, l'équipe a été très réactive et a permis d'augmenter très vite le nombre d'inscription. Nous sommes passés d'une capacité de 500 personnes à 3000. Nous avons évité la frustration et c'est une bonne chose.

The app itself is extremely user-friendly. I was new to the app and it only took me a 30-minute training season to get up and running. The separate questions tag is also a game changer. We host a weekly webinar on the platform and very rarely run into any issues.
I wish the virtual backgrounds and blur matched Zoom or Google Meets. When I use these features it looks a bit strange.
Livestorm makes it so easy to customize your webinars to exactly how you would like to run them. They seperate the questions/comments section which is so nice.
Very easy to use software and more importantly very reliable. We use Livestorm for every online events and we've never been disappointed!

I was looking for a way to provide my customers a simple and efficient way to join my live streams from their phones WITHOUT logging into an acount with a password, or downloading an app. Just clicking a link and start watching. At some point I thought that was just impossible because it seems like no one cares about that kind of great user experience (especially for a non-tech-savvy audience that just wants things to work). But Livestorm came to the rescue and even provided automatic recordings and many other awesome benefits for my business that I just fell in love with.
Pricing is a bit high in comparison to other competitors, but I understand those don't have all of these features.
Live streaming so users can join with their mobile browsers WITHOUT downloading an app or logging into some account with passwords and stuff. Just click-n-watch.
We've been using Livestorm for the past 2 years to host webinars. There are many similar tools in the market but no one is quite as good in this tier of pricing. We made use of a lot of features they have in the dashboard and the email reminders and team setup are great. In terms of customer support I always got very timely responses via email or directly on the website chat. We are very pleased with the system.
They still have some bugs here and there but they are happy to fix it right away. I would like the registration page to have more design features and customizability.
Livestorm solved our need to host webinars in a manner that allows us to track registrations, export them after, reach out, make recordings and so on.
For me is the "all in one platform". You have the landing page, the form, the video replay...
The design is limited. You cannot create a landing page with your real look&feel.

Probably my favorite thing is that there's no need to download any software to use the service. It'd be nice if there was some sort of optional software to download so if you use it daily you have optimized software, but speaking for the person on the other side of the webinar (the attendee) the fact that you only need a web browser is awesome! I also like how easily you can manage all your webinars, the fact that you can save time by creating on-demand webinars, and all the data you can collect from your customers... After all, I'm really happy with the product. It's incredibly flexible and allows you to cover different communication needs both in and out of your company.
I don't like that you have to export the data individually from each webinar. They could make an improvement in that area, but is not much of a dislike as some minor inconvenience. It also would be very helpful if you could edit your guests' information, that has to be one of the few missing functions there right now with the platform
