The implementation process led by Alex our implementation specialist was amazing. He was very responsive, supported us all through the process and was super helpful and well arranged. The system is far better than any other ATS I 've worked with. What I like best is that the system is very intuitive and easy to use. I also like the scheduling option through a link, the integration with LinkedIn and that it is very easy to publish open jobs through the system.
The UI is not amazing (missing some more color in it). But it's less important to me. Also, the reports are not accurate enough. However, I still haven't found a system that has accurate reports.
Lever helps us in hiring - managing our candidates pipeline and hiring process end to end.
I appreciate that it can be linked to my email account making the transition much more smooth. I also like that everything is handled all in one place so no searching through emails and multiple different sites.
It's a little confusing with scheduling as it creates 2 separate calendar invites. It would be nice to be able to have it show only one. There are also some functionalities/features I am still learning. Nothing I dislike, but more just understanding the workflow and options.
Same as above. It's great to have everything in one place so I'm not searching in multiple places. I also enjoy the fact that we can create easy templates that can automatically be loaded.
Easily track leads and different categories of leads and where they are in the hiring process. Easily add notes and keep track of actions taken with potential hires. Very customizable.
It is a bit glitchy when trying to view candidates in different sections of the process. A bit frustrating when one candidate who wants to apply for multiple job openings duplicates or becomes locked into one owner.

I love the tagging and screening process. The scheduling is seamless but has little scope for improvement. Nurture is the most amazing thing about Lever. It lets you reach out to candidates passively through continuous engagement. Ease of use is great. But the stand out feature has to be the integration with the mail clients where you can simply just write your comments as response to email and it can capture the data
Certain places there are obvious gaps which can be improved quickly. These are small inconveniences that can highly increase the experience Some custom fields tailored to each organization should be accommodated for change One key feature that can definitely be improved is the movement of pipeline through email. We should be able to provide the next stage through email. It might take a little longer to implement but definitely worth trying. More than anything they definitely need a better customer support team. The priority customer service based on different packages is a bit off putting

There is nothing that I disliked, it's just that all the migration integration and API were a bit difficult for me to understand at first but again, Katie was a great support

Lever allows you to track your candidates efficiently, ensuring top notch candidate experience, useful metrics and reporting, the platform is entirely tailored to your process and needs.
The price is substantial, especially when you realise the sourcing features (Nurture) is not included and is billed on top.
Candidates CVs or emails would remain in someone's inbox when they were on holiday or forgot to add them to the system. Now Lever allows us to have all candidates in one place, easily accessible to everyone that needs to see them and give some kind of approval/insights. Also before using an ATS it was very hard to get detailed data. Lever allows us to track the sources that work well, the referrals (bonuses needing to be paid), the candidates introduced by agencies, etc...
Lever is very straight forward, easy access to profiles
Having multiple opportunities can get confusing. It was easier when the applications were separated and you could just merge the profiles

It is simple to use, with a friendly UI with limited clicks to take key actions. Good for a smaller business as it is not overly cumbersum. Quick support team, always helpful to answer questions.
I wasn't as keen on the UI at the start, and felt the split of the workflow was not that easy to track or use - but this got easier with time. We are also having issues with limitations on configuration of domains and more flexibility on this could be useful for more complex business that require multiple domains on multiple instances.
The biggest problem being solved is having a central point for feedback - which is much needed. Benefits have not been realised yet as it is still early in our journey.

The product is great - functional, easy to use, and intuitive. The team is also super sharp, responsive, and easy to work with.
It would be nice to have a greater degree of customization available, but this isn't a major obstacle.
We implementing Lever to replace Jobvite as our new applicant tracking system. It's a drastically better product than Jobvite in every way. Better UI, more functionality, easier to use, and better service.
The accessibility of it for all the hiring managers - all of which have found it easy to navigate/use from day 1, the training and support is great - Diana Duri was assigned our account and was patient with us to say the least as our schedules can change quickly.
It can be hard to move candidate's cvs over to a new role if they are more suitable for that role than the one they applied for, but that's about it.
We are solving the issue of interview feedback between hiring managers/HR where there are many/fast paced recruitment rounds.
What I like best about Lever is that it has all the functionality you want as a recruiter, while still being user-friendly for hiring managers.
What I dislike about Lever is the switching between jobs and candidates, seems like the flow isn't optimized there for hiring managers, for recruiters a candidate based flow works well though.
The problems we're solving are measuring our KPI's properly, being more efficient with resources due to easy interview coordination, phone screens and offer management.
We can tell, with reminders, the exact state of every candidate and what communication we've had with them.
Very difficult to give employees full access to only one candidate, therefore only recruiters and management user the tool and we have to perform the data entry.
We are keeping track of our interviews pipeline and making sure we don't forget any of the steps of the interview process.

Wish there was a way to create unique recruitment plans for different positions. For example, the interview process for my entry-level roles is entirely different from my Leadership positions.
