I like the Builder section for a bot is well defined and is very easy for a non-technical person to build and deploy a bot. The new feature that allows to track the flow is great.

1. Discoverability of user metrics is very low 2. Lazy load implemented on users page makes searching a user a big pain. 3. Analytics can be improved a lot.

We are providing relevant updates on WhatsApp to our clients. They are very quick with the whole process and the team is very responsive on issues reported/ information requested. It is one highly reliable channel of information for my users.

I love the easy-to-use interface, the response from the team when there are issues, and the speed at which we were able to get a bot up and running. The power-up and integrations make life easy.

Saving progress is a challenge, and this also makes version control a little more difficult. Additionally, the slow response was frustrating, particularly when we had too many blocks, it was difficult to navigate, however, we moved most blocks into bricks, which made navigation easier. The inability to save and publish the bot while in a brick is also frustration.

As per the Sustainable development goals, we are solving the problem of Poverty by creating a Whatsapp chatbot to allow people to generate a will and testament, and to give people an opportunity to leave an inheritance to their loved ones.

Landbot allowed me to build a complex prototype in a matter of a day or two. Integrations with dialog flow and airtable are simple to configure. Allows a lot of personalization by adding media, messages which can be randomized to make it less monotonous. Love the concepts of brisk which promote re-usability. Customer support is very knowledgeable and friendly. Always ready to help. The documentation seems to be comprehensive.

Nothing so far. However, I wish there were more videos to provide stepwise instructions with integrations. Tip: Look at all your support interactions to see what's the most popular requests/conversations and build more content around them.

Improve user experience to get user preferences. Better user engagement.

The interface is crisp and there are a lot of features that give us the scope to customise our product. We have been using it since the last 4 months and have been getting rave reviews.

Found it a little expensive especially for new startups. When we contacted their team on this concern, they said they will be repackaging products shortly so that will get rid of the only issue we have with landbot. An API to fetch output automatically to our platform would be great too.

We wanted to have a chat bot that live chats with our users in a funny and casual way like they were talking to a friend so that we can get the most genuine inputs from them. We could achieve that. 90% of the users are staying on till the end since it is so effortless in its responses.

The metrics/analytics give an overview on the bot's performance and help us identify any bottlenecks to make the right adjustments.

The number of tools that can be natively integrated without using zapier. It would be great if they can add more integrations on a monthly basis. This will decrease our cost of using a third party software like zapier to integrate with other tools.

With Landbot I found an amazingly easy way to create bots and publish it whereever I need it. The interface is super intuitive and if you ever happen to need help with something you can get in touch with the customer support with just one click. They also answer very fast and help you with everything.

There is not much to dislike at Landbot. Maybe the flow analytics could be reviewed and be improved as it gets a little confusing sometimes.

This is a great tool to interact with the user in a more natural and effective way.

With a big "chatbot" Map, it becomes difficult to read itfrom the builder. It could be great if we can move/organize the lines and change les colors....

Honestly, for software with a free plan, which is the one I have, I can't complain at all. It does what it says it will do.

Easy and cool drag'n'drop interface. You can create a chatbot in minutes. Chatbots can be used in websites or other plataforms as Messenger or WhatsApp, which integration it's quite deep and powerful.

Focused for agencies, APIs for integration are deep, but it's very intented to use their backoffice in most ways. Not the cheapest chatbot, but the product is really worth the price.

Creating chatbot for lead nurturing is quite simple, on both websites and WhatsApp. WIth Zapier integration, sending leads from chatbot is seamless and requires almost no effort. Unfortunately, chatbots can't be triggered via Zapier.
