I find Kontainer very manageable and user friendly. It's easy for us to share pictures etc. within the company but also with our retailers and collaborators. Furthermore it visually very pretty and easy to navigate in.
A 'last added' section would have been nice.
Now it's easy to share product pictures etc. with our retailers, without we have to use a lot time sending them in the right order and so. Now the retailer just have there own login and access to the pictures they need.
The look of Kontainer is very neat compared to similar systems. And it is easy to navigate in.
Not much. Maybe it could be more adjustable in terms of design features. But it is not expected
Image and file sharing
It's easy to get an overview of our pictures and find what we need in seconds, because of the search across filesname, tags and descriptions.
The integration with InDesign is not working yet.
It much easier for our customers to get the marketing materials they need. We are saving a lot of time because they can help themselves now.
The most important thing about this product is how easy it is to share all the elements that are part of a production. Our company has customers all over the world and having a place where all our assets are easily accessible saves us money and not least time.
Has not yet encountered any shortcomings
In addition to the easy file sharing, one of the biggest benefits of Kontainer is the way we use it as a shared archive with our customers, customers can easily find items from both current and past campaigns and therefore we avoid a myriad of emails and WeTransfer links
Kontainer has all the desired DAM functions and the best user experience with drag n drop and delicious design and high performance. User rights management, digital showroom, quick sharing, statistics, custom fields, notification, download templates, gallery views, mail communication, API, integrations to ERP etc. etc. I can only recommend it!
We are currently missing. an integration to Sitecore. Immediately, the answer is that it is being prepared, but generally, integrations to more CMS and more CRM + mail systems will be good.
We save time on a daily basis, we support dealers with assets and we ensure that our assets in Container are handled GDPR compliant. Most importantly, we save money in marketing budgets as Kontainer ensures that we reuse purchased assets as much as possible in all departments.
The possibility of getting customized integrations and features.
I'm looking forward to the new version coming our in 2019.
With Kontainer we are able to share very large files, which was a very huge struggle before. We have also gotten a customized look and feel of our Kontainer. In that way we're able to integrate Kontainer into our systems, which has been very time saving.
It's great for storing and organising assets and has useful tools for image manipulation. Also, we are working on implementing our own platform with Kontainer which has a simple but effective API with decent documentation.
It can be a lot to get used to in the beginning but after a while it gets easier.
Kontainer helps us supply and organise our marketing material to our customers.
I like that the setup is very simple, and it is easy to organize things
Like a lot of a good systems with a lot of features, it takes some some time to learn it. After that it is actually really easy to use.
It helps the company keep files and images organized, and it makes it accessable for anyone
