Reliability and Easy of use, UX oriented

No dislikes. Nothing comes to my mind regarding this question.

We have clients all over the world that need up-to-date technical notes of the wines, awards, images, logos and by using Kontainer we managed to provide an ease access to all of the material with less effort and time. With the system we provide our clients a tool they can use and don't have to be depend of us replying to emails with the natural delay.

Very easy to use and still with full functionality.

Nothing really. It runs smooth and without issues.

We use Kontainer in a tailor made version as data room solution in both M&A deals and in basic version for simple filesharing with external partners.

It is easy to navigate and the layout is the absolute best in its price range, by far!

There are still many updates (which is great) but that also means that things change, which you have to update to.

Kontainer is a powerful tool and quite reliable product with a very functional files organizing capabilities. The Digital Asset management tool, easy to manipulate and sharing different elements involved in a production. Workflow optimizing system with perfect reporting and different files conversion capabilities. Kontainer is also supported by mobile devices and the search option of this tool is very responsive.

No main issues so far which i can think of when it comes to this productive product.

Easy organizing of different files, sharing of files and work processes optimizing.

Kontainer imagebank has a very intuitive and easy to use interface and it looks good too. They also have superb support.

I have nothing I dislike about the imagebank.

The imagebank provide our clients easy access to assets and the ability to share assets in a secure way.

There are multiple ways of sharing files. Setting up client logins are as easy as generating direct-links. We like the ability to manage rights, getting an overview over the downloaded files - and making things easy for our clients. We have been using Kontainer for years. It's a very secure system, with top level service.

Nothing. We always look forward to new functions and updates.

We get an excellent overview of all files delivered and downloaded. Many of our photography and video clients are working behind strict mail/web security walls. This means files will be blocked if sent through other filesharing services. Kontainer always works.

I Love everthing about Kontainer! It really makes a unique difference in our everyday work! Our media bank is an extremely important tool for us.

I find Kontainer very manageable and user friendly. It's easy for us to share pictures etc. within the company but also with our retailers and collaborators. Furthermore it visually very pretty and easy to navigate in.

A 'last added' section would have been nice.

Now it's easy to share product pictures etc. with our retailers, without we have to use a lot time sending them in the right order and so. Now the retailer just have there own login and access to the pictures they need.

It's easy to get an overview of our pictures and find what we need in seconds, because of the search across filesname, tags and descriptions.

The integration with InDesign is not working yet.

It much easier for our customers to get the marketing materials they need. We are saving a lot of time because they can help themselves now.

The most important thing about this product is how easy it is to share all the elements that are part of a production. Our company has customers all over the world and having a place where all our assets are easily accessible saves us money and not least time.

Has not yet encountered any shortcomings

In addition to the easy file sharing, one of the biggest benefits of Kontainer is the way we use it as a shared archive with our customers, customers can easily find items from both current and past campaigns and therefore we avoid a myriad of emails and WeTransfer links

The possibility of getting customized integrations and features.

I'm looking forward to the new version coming our in 2019.

With Kontainer we are able to share very large files, which was a very huge struggle before. We have also gotten a customized look and feel of our Kontainer. In that way we're able to integrate Kontainer into our systems, which has been very time saving.

It's great for storing and organising assets and has useful tools for image manipulation. Also, we are working on implementing our own platform with Kontainer which has a simple but effective API with decent documentation.

It can be a lot to get used to in the beginning but after a while it gets easier.

Kontainer helps us supply and organise our marketing material to our customers.

There are so many benefits to mention abou this software. The functionality is perfect for medium/big sized companies, the pricing is incredible to beat and their attitude to constanly improving their software accoring to customer feedback. Their support/chat is very responsive and helpful.

Kontainer feels like a relatively young company, so their sofware is maybe not as mature as the more high-end/expensive options on the market. This being said, Kontainer has ample functionality available, and is constantly adding new features. The tagging options can sometimes be a bit confusing when trying to set up, but as we have integrated Kontainer with an external PIM system, we only use the basics here.

Kontainer has strong integration possibilities with fx. our PIM system, Perfion. We no longer administer images in PIM, but do it instead in the very user friendly Kontainer interface. Markeintg use Kontainert for all their hi-res images for print and other colleteral, instead of saving images in various local folders/drives. Our external customers now use Kontainer to download our product images for their own print and web material.

Kontainer is exactly what we were looking for in a DAM system. Within one click only we now find the exact content that we're are looking for (instead of clicking endlessly through folders in google drive). The design also looks great as we could flawlessly integrate our brand identity. Lastly, there are so many customizations possible (and easy to apply thanks to the great support offered) that we could perfectly mold Kontainer in the way we like it.

Certain functionalities (such as downloading pictures with a watermark on it) that we wanted arent available yet and would need to be custom built. Which has a price tag that we cannot afford at the moment.

Before, our content was stored in dozens of google drive folders and hard to find. Now we can easily access (literally within one click) all our content by using specific search filters and tags. We also added a brand portal that included logo's, fonts and more for our partners, which works flawlessly. Lastly we now have better overview in who we give access to which files, which was hard to do in Google Drive.

Great design and easy to use. Great service and communication from Kontainer

Have nothing yet. Could have wished for more users on basic plan.

We use it as an image bank at the moment.

Possibly for clients to find and download inages, videos, data, catalogues and texts in one portal. Eliminates bottlenecks in internal organization because clients can help themselves.

More service staff would be very helpful. Slow process in tasks and development. Search options for admins can be confusing. Could be good with more options for visual layout.

More efficiency, less bottlenecks in the organization, flexibility for the customers with multiple download options, easy to use and access, very user-friendly for people with no technical knowledge

The opportunity to make the platform beautiful and look like our own website. The DNA matches,

Its a bit confusing with all the users. And pity that not all features are available.

Our customers had a lot of problems finding our pictures. Now it is very easy and we don't have to talk with all the customers every time they need a picture.
