Pricing information. Mainly the VIEW FORMS number can be challenging to understand. You might expect to have a form filled 100 times, but it can be viewed a lot more.

I have used Jotform for different clients. Some uses are retail shop BTL verification, online events quizzes and online events surveying. We have been able to deploy in hours and use it for 10,000 users.

We use Jotform as a way to collect photo and video uploads for our nonprofit. It's been pretty easy for our members to use compared to previous solutions. It's been easy for us to collect and organize everything as well. Dropbox integration let's us collect and organize entries easily.

We wish there was a way to upload a folder of content, we're currently telling people to zip their folders before uploading.

The cost is pretty high, but it's worth it for all the features they provide.

Maybe the difficult to export a form from one account and import it into another
