Helps me collect uniform data through app creation from my team
I first started using jotform as it was the simplest way of collecting payments on my website. The design and the way it looked was the USP for me. The most amazing thing for me was the wordpress plugin which allowed me to add a form to the page in a click. Be it iframe or html embed it works seamlessly and flawlessly. There were sometimes where the custom css on the from wasn't working, the team at jotform were there to support me instantly, that was amazing. Applying styles to forms or using custom fields was very easy as well. All the payments done on my website till date is through jotform using the payment integration. If talking about frequency we used it multiple times a year.
There is one thing which I'd like jotform to improve is the number of options of payment integration. It currently supports BOA, Paypal, I'd love to see more payment integration options added to it. I'd also love to see more styles added to the free version.
I used it to create a payment form that displayed all my courses as a dropdown list from which the customers could choose the courses and then make payment. The notifications were also sent very quickly. I also used it to create normal form to create a survey in the company for canteen food choices.
I love how simple and easy jotform is to make forms, they have so many different options it's impossible not to achive your desired form. You can easily integrate this into any website, page, blog etc. This is a form maker I will use all the time. I cn implement this easily into my daily questions or simply make little polls if I like.
I have not found anything yet I do not like, this is a great form maker!
Jotform make my life so much easier, I can quickly whip up a form and set it to work, and easily go back and edit it if needed. I have used Jotform for address compilation, polls, employee fun and games, the list is endless!
Jotform saves our team so much time by allowing us to send our pstients their intake forms before their appointments, while remaining HIPAA compliant. We love that we can change the questions as often as we nreed to, and it is super fast and easy to create new forms for our different types of appointments. We use it everyday. Customer support is super helpful. We've been able to integrate jotform into our day-to-day operations, and it is easy implement and to train new hires how to use it. Patients love it too!

The only thing I noticed is that when sections are moved around, they still show in the order they were added to the form (when downloaded). This creates some confusion when completed forms are viewed.

JotForm is a great way to make quick and easy forms. I also like that there are so many ways to share the form. The submission table is also pretty user-friendly. Overall, I'm happy with the functionality of this software.
It's a bit more advanced, but for the approval feature, I wish there was a way I could approve a form and then later, if needed, change the approval status. I also wish there was a way to share the submission table in read-only, but also have a few select people have editing access.

That it's quick and easy. I love that my customers can sign my yoga waiver form in seconds and it saves on paper. Also, it's easy for me to search through my signed waivers to see who has filled out their yoga waiver with me.
None. I found the logo sizing at the top of the form clumbersome, but it really doesn't matter to have a logo

Onboarding went without a hitch and it's great that the administrator can conneect functionalities with other apps. It was easy to test the forms and view what they would look like on different platforms. Anytime I needed some answers, I'd find out that somebody had already asked it and I never needed to ask customer support myself. Our users found the forms easy to access and navigate.
From my experience, what could be improved is the part about composing emails to confirm responses. It took me some time to get used to where it could be accessed and, for somebody who does not have a lot of experience with mail merge, there could be a bit of a learning curve, but I guess that's how it goes with most features new to anybody. From the client side, a problem only existed when auto-saving of responses was not toggled on and they had to contact the administrator to get a link to edit their response.
Jotform assisted in getting to know our users (colleagues) better. We already had our questions ready, but Jotform as a tool was exceptional, truly letting us administrators streamline tasks with its ready-made form templates which look far from basic.
Everything is so simple to use, due to its drag-and-drop editor. Plus it's super simple to implement.
Lack of customization options (e.g. custom code) is sometimes a problem, but nothing that stops us from using it.
We use JotForm to collect applications for our service, and also onboard new users into our programs and services.
They are constantly adding new features. It's not just a contact form builder. You can build an app, set up an ecommerce to take orders, communicate with customers, etc. It's been awesome to see the additions over the last few years. I've built some pretty wild things on Jotform for multiple companies and it blows my mind what I'm able to do with no coding experience. Support requests are always answered quickly and in detail. There's almost always a solution to the question I have. And the "Problems" and issues I experience are almost always user error but the support team is friendly and detailed in their answers.
I've submitted a few support requests where there was no direct solution. In those cases, they inform me that they'll submit a "Feature Request" ticket, but I've never heard back on any of them. But I know the things I can think of are probably easier said than done when it comes to actually developing them.
It keeps everything digital and looks great. It's nice to be able to embed on my site. The integrations, appp building, and approvals are all very robust and I probably only utilize a small fratction of what those tools have to offer.
The website is easy to navigate and the end-user experience is great for my customers.

Making a new form without a template can take a longer than I would like.
I used to have to ask all of the questions during a phone call with potential clients. Now they can fill out the form and schedule a time directly with my calendar link. It makes the process cleaner and faster for all of us.
I like how customizable the forms can be. Specifically the most recent form I made was a product request form and I liked that I could put pictures, descriptions, sub options, etc. I think a lot of great features have been added since we originally got the program so we definitely appreciate that as customers. We like inovative and more customizable features.
I think the analytics could be more customizable/insightful. I like the layout, but I think that if we could choose how data is displayed, what exactly is analyzed from the survey results that would make a huge difference and we would use it much more. I think the way survey results are analyszed is a bit one dimensional so I wish those could be customized like the forms. Maybe even interactive.
Jotform is the easiest way to quickly create a professional, brand specific survey or form. We primarily have used Jotform for survey purposes but now we use it for product request forms and invoices for that, raffle entries, etc.
I love how customizable it is, how professional it looks, and how the sky is the limit when it comes to options for your form. It's easy to implement once you have the form built and I love the filter features available for responses. I also like that it emails me form responses when someone has completed or submitted the form.
I wish that when I selected a widget I could preview it before it added it to my form. Sometimes it can be difficult from a user standpoint. There are SO many features and widgets available that I often have to look up how to use certain widgets. Maybe there's an opportunity to add more support materials within the platform to help users utilize all the features to their full potential.
It's helping me collect feedback from my customers. With jotform I can make the forms as easy to use as possible for my customer. My goal is to get the information I'm requesting by ensuring it is easy and a hasslefree experience.
Jotform has an insane uptime. Never had any inssue. It is really easy to set up and there is a giant knowledge base We use Jotform with most of our website costumers.
Downside: Sometimes is a little slow at editing in developer mode. But it is not a big issue.
Easy to build forms. Stability and data safety
We run an aquatic facility and use jotform for new registrations, renewing liability releases of current members, sending out participation requests for events or surveys based on our programs.In short we use jotform every single day. It is extremely user friendly and has all the right tools and templates that we need to save us time. The options to export to excel, and view the data in different forms is extrememly valuable. It is clear and easy for our guests to use and respond. Once we used the free version, we quickly knew we would pay for the upgrade.

Jotform is incredibally versitile. We are a nonprofit theatre company and use this Jotform in almost every department - audtion sign ups, contracts, board member pledges, applications, and so much more. Anytime we need to gather information, we immediately go to Jotform because it is so easy to build forms and collect responses. When responses come in, the inbox and data spreadsheet are perfect to share with directors or collaborators. I almost always have a Jotform tab open because I use it nearly every day.
We struggled a bit when we first started using the contract feature. That wasn't quite as intuitive as the regular forms, but we quickly figured it out! I really can't think of anything we dislike.
We frequently gather information that we need multiple people to be able to access and because of Jotform, we are able to do this quickly and efficiently and in a way that is simple for everyone. Jotform streamlines a lot of of processes including audition forms and gathering surveys and interviews from cast members. Having the ability to ask for file uploads for videos, photos, and documents is incredibally valuable so that we have all of the data in one place. And being able to allow people to schedule appointments is amazing - especially because the sign up/schedule feature is endlessly flexible and customizable. Overall, Jotform is benefitting us by saving time and keeping us organized.

I use it mainly for surveying but, I have also used it to create quizzes for online events, and I like that you can create reports beforehand and have them updated in real-time to present the latest results.
Pricing information. Mainly the VIEW FORMS number can be challenging to understand. You might expect to have a form filled 100 times, but it can be viewed a lot more.
I have used Jotform for different clients. Some uses are retail shop BTL verification, online events quizzes and online events surveying. We have been able to deploy in hours and use it for 10,000 users.
Great user support for all types of users. Whether you're a beginner or a regular user, Jotform never lets you down. The built-in features make your forms stand out.
Takes some time to be able to understand and use all the features to your advantage. One needs to be patient and learn to get the best out of JotForms. A beginner guide would be nice to have.
