The Zira has so many cool features which makes it worth like as a project manager or a delivery manager you can track all your project in jira and you can also keep track of release deployment as well.
It becomes difficult for a beginner to use jira because jira only provides 14 day trial which is very short period of tine for a beginner. Also, for a beginner jira should show some help text which will help a new user to understand the software effectively
Business problems such keeping track of business requirements, managing the product backlog, bug fixing track,release deployment and effective reporting are really solved with the help of jira
It's assigning the task thing. Its agile solution. I love it because of team collaboration. Everything is in a proper way to track my product or project.

I track my project progress. and I can keep eye on my Team. What's their progress on the task. There are a lot of benefits to using Jira which i can not explain here. It provieds a standard template. The best thing is the board. you can move your progress by board.
Jira is useful to navigate and update the issues in real time. It gives us visible representation of task and fun to work.
The UI can be made more user friendly and in order to filter the issues there must be a dedicated UI. The help section must be more detailed.
The project management and approval by stakeholders are done in real time.

Pre-built Dashboards is something that needs more customization and needs to be made more user-friendly. Otherwise, I can not complain about anything else as such.
It efficiently allows all stakeholders to easily get their arms around the work immediately. Hence, keeping track of all the stories and backlogs and planning the sprint was very efficient and collaborative.
Jira Core is the best project management, task management, and process management tool to use. It has so many good functionalities like you can track every project business, plan and report to work. If the team is cross-functional all over the world then tracking individuals on the project will be much easier. Project Management can help you to create a different set of training for the new joiners and Process Management can help to manage the tasks. Any individual can work on Jira, assign themselves, change the workflow according to the work so the project manager would know what they are working on.
Nothing as of now, it's really great tool to use and easy to understand.

I administer JIRA on the problem resolution ticket side, the system makes it easy for our staff and customers to submit requests from our web page form. We then can have our help desk resolve our low-level problem requests, and escalate to support teams as needed. I am able to administer support team access and set up access groups. The reporting tool is easy to use and can customize the order and amount of data displayed. We are able to set up separate projects to contain tickets only associated with that project. The data flows and choices are managed easily by our system team, and I am able to maintain field choices on ticket fields at the project administration level that I handle. The system also ties to Confluence for documentation purposes and allows a knowledge base repository. The system communicates effectively by email also and allows security levels to control restricted internal technical messages between support teams, and open messages for the customer who submitted the ticket. JIRA helps our technical teams to track and resolve problems quickly.
Some of the processes to set up the system ticket flows and functionality are complicated, and my boss and the system administrators manage those processes. They are able to train me on my Project Administration of the system from the second level Administration access under System Administration. I do not know the more complicated parts of the system as well as I would like, but this allows for growth in skill over time.
We are able to manage system problems at various levels, report on tickets in the system, manage many projects, track our time spent on tasks performed and support our customers easily.
