Jira core has some well marked weaknesses it doesn't have many customizable templates which decreases its ability to adapt to any project, technical support responds very slowly despite working 24 hours, in the business management features it still lacks more metrics tools to measure performance, it still needs to add more collaboration tools that improves teamwork finally in the marketing planning it has a weak point that is that it doesn't have presentation tools this can be improved with an upgrade.

My organization uses Jira Core as a management tool for business administration since its tools such as employee management, inventory, financial and time and expense management, lately we have also addressed in the functions that Jira Core has in the development of applications such as deployment management, mobile developer, source control, software development among others the truth that we have had very promising results using this software in the development of applications and its administrative management function the same has not improved much.

I don't see any pitfalls. It fulfills all my expectations. The only thing it needs time and guidance to explore all features and functionalities. Certain flows and mechanism can be made even better.

I had problems with jira since it is a little slow because of its respective mechanism of use for small and medium equipment since at the time of a quick solution it is usually a little slow because of its platform due to many equipment in one, it allows less speed and more difficult for it to navigate as it should be, its bills accumulate quickly due to the use of its software platform causing if you have a good development equipment a fast consumption and an expensive price of the application.

I have used this software to manage projects of my company that I have found a lot since it is a great system of tools to report on agile and standard development work I use it mainly to track the errors that occur or are causing problems in my company's projects to solve the error and use it to protect my development progress on the functionality of the daily tasks and projects of my company.
