easy for organization, you can keep track and the whole team their tasks, the pipeline.
Sometimes they change the format to view everything for a couple of days and disrupts the way you manage every tasks in your daily basis.
easy organization of pipeline, easy to keep track of every employer and their task handling. You can sectionate all the different stages of the business for easy comprehension
I enjoy the dashboard. It is simple to understand and shows you quantitative data to pull for reporting purposes. We also track the progress of our clients and can keep on top of the comms.
It is a little tricky to navigate the back end without training. If you have little to no experience with CRM systems, it can take a little while to learn the new approaches and identify a method that works for you.
We are using insightly as a data collection base for our organization. We can use insightly to track our progress with clients and the stage of engagement they are in with our organization.
quick record notes and reviews I love how i can rely on the information being protected and easily accessible
navigation from one tab to next when using search
memory and data storage Once increased, than the benefits of quick review of records
Easy to use and navigate. I appreciate how easy it is to add notes and organizations.
Sometimes the search bar doesn't work unless you are on the home page.
Not really solving problems, just making notes for other team members to have access.
The interface is very user-friendly. There is no downtime since we have been using it for over seven years. It is customizable and integrates with useful data storage i.e google drive and one drive.
There is nothing to dislike about this software apart from a few more features that can be added to manage finance and marketing in the same CRM. The direct email option can be updated too with some additional user-friendly features.
Customer relationship management and opportunity management to serve the customers via a pipeline. Also, to keep circulating the tasks within the organization to get the best in-time solutions.
I love the different filters for running lists & sending emails directly from Insightly.
The limited number of results that are brought up when I type in a search term. All the results should be brought up rather than just the first few.
Keeping track of hundreds of different projects & tasks. It has saved me hundreds of hours in organizational time.
Very easy to use and navigate, the reports are useful for sales
It could be easier to add customers to the same CR number
Able to see easily customers I have contacted all week/month
I like the simplicity of the navigation on the pages, I find being able to search for an account using just a post code or a couple of letters the most helpful part
Sometimes it will kick you back to the beginning
Currently, I am not solving any issue with CRM so am unable to give an honest answer
Leads management and conversion , Centralised contact management , business pipeline and reports
There are some applications that we use like Sales QL , Linkedin sales navigator that we cannot integrate
We are solving our opportunities follow up , Tssks follow up and business pipeline reports
I like being able to input contacts, add organizational details, and create tasks. The ability to schedule reminders for your tasks is beneficial. I use the software practically every day.
I wish i knew more about some of the other features/tabs in the program. Also, it feels like setting or updating reminder dates is glitchy. It feel like I have to update the task twice in order for the change to be implemented.
I am able to keep track of all my outreach efforts. I can plan how to talk to new and existing contacts, and create drip campaigns as needed. It saves me a lot of times and allows me to be efficient when I am building my contacts.
I find the comments section the most useful as different team members can update tickets with comments and then there is essentially a full handover of where the task is up to without needing to physically talk to another person
I find i use the dashboard section the least although i do not need to use it i find it the least useful to me
Solves issues with customers quickly and efficiently, the benefits of moving task to certain days is helpful and reminds me on which days tasks are to be done
Easy input, especially during the pandemic when we've all been remote. The tags allow you to easily link people to one another and getting to group individuals by their corporation is fantastic. This definitely has helped while assisting 6 superiors who can look at Inisghtly for an easier reference while in different timezones. You can even link their social profiles which pops up their photo - it's so helpful, always. We won't use anything else at our company.
I have no complaints! Seriously, this is better than having someone's email pop up from recurring contact! Trust me, Insightly is it!!!
The problem is a lack of communication. With Insightly, you can insert everyone's contact information and be so detailed that no one has any questions afterward. This is the future of digital databases.
I like how much information we can store in the database and then run reports to better understand what is happening with the program.
Sometimes there are programs that can't be combined, but would make the system easier to use for one use.
I am solving the issues related to running reports for any given area of numerical values.
The most valuable component of Insightly is the tagging feature and the ease at which I can capture email from Gmail. The integration with Google products is seamless and has continually improved over the years as Gmail upgraded. I'm in the entertainment industry and having the ability to connect the dots for a talent manager allows me to track every facet of my client's career. The other feature I like a lot is the recent activities stream. Not much is talked about this feature, but most CRMs do not have this display. To me, it is far more important to see what is happening moment to moment with everyone and everything surrounding my company as compared to sales charts or pipeline graphs. I love the comment component a lot too. I use recent activities in the same way companies use "Slack" or "Microsoft Teams". I wish Insightly put more effort into expanding this feature because like Slack it optimizes communication within a company.
I don't like the inability to adjust the order of activities within an activity set. It would also be nice if the link feature for the Gmail sidebar was more user-friendly. The older version of the sidebar was very convenient to add links to an email. This version is cumbersome, though I get that it is more versatile. When linking emails I just like it to be quick and simple. What I do now is just quick save and then go into Insightly to link. But this is a whole extra step that takes me out of email mode. Not that big of a deal, but certainly would be nice to adjust so it was quicker. The other thing is the mobile App is not great. In reality, it is practically unusable. It has certainly improved over the years, but it's nowhere nearly as useful as the online version of the software. Why doesn't the Home screen offer a "recent activities" view option? Also, the sorting of contacts feature simply doesn't work at all. As currently constructed it is nothing more than a dressed-up phone book. This is by far the weakest offering by Insightly.
The CRM allows me to track my clients and their projects with optimum efficiency. For a minute I started using Asana for tracking projects until I realized Inisghtly was far superior and it allowed me to stay with one program.
The usability of finding customers has been very helpful. We are able to track a lot of information with the CRM that we weren't able to before.
It was a steep learning curve at first as there are so many components to it.
Keeping track of customers and what customers are active or not at any given time. We are now able to have a much more accurate picture of how things are going.
I needed something affordable and expandable that did not require an IT department to figure out. Insightly fit that perfectly.
Lack of full integration into Gmail. I wish I could reply seamlessly from gmail and it would update on Insightly.
No problems, benefits are the reason I signed up for a CRM: a planned program to follow up with new and existing clients.
easy to use, easy to add not and share it with co-worker
I need to log in every time I need to use it; security is a high level
keep on updating the leads
Easy to use, lots of tools to utilize, and ability to share all contacts among companies. We use the customer contacts and the opportunities tools mostly. Definitely more manageable and better than any others on the market.
Some employees have difficulty using the tools and inputting the contact information. Training was needed, but they were able to get the hang of it easily. Having the ability to remove unused tools would be the only suggestion I have.
Company contacts and opportunities are all in one place. Everyone can find it easily and add any new contacts.
The most helpful part of using Insightly is the layout. The layout allows current users to be comfortable with trying new features, read the data easily and train new employees in using the system.
The dashboard needs to be updated and the data must be more easily manipulated.
We are able to realize an insight into the data to drive decisions that are based on facts. Love it!
I really like this CRM, it's super useful for this company and keeps things organized. I also love how it keeps track of the stats that way we can monitor our progress.
Sometimes it does go down at the worst times, we would love to have its downtime while we aren't super busy and needing the CRM at the moement. The bugs are sometimes confusing to fix
We are making customers accounts, and we realized that using this CRM is very useful to us and helps us track down every customer by number or othe information.
