Basic tools like finding the information of company, template for emails and tracking the activities of sales team are helpful. With the help of notification system user is informed immediately.
The mobile version of the software needs many improvements. To utilize more features paid version is needed which is a bit more expensive. At many times contact listed was not correct. Bugs prevented the system from saving and glitches would make the service to log out. However, the pros outshine the cons.

It takes quite time and a full description before getting ready to use it professionally. So you have to go through videos which are a guide for all level users. It does not support to send HTML emails. However my personal experience is going very best.
It is very useful for moderate business setups. You do not have to pay heavy bills. Before using this app I had to generate quotes and it always takes so long. But now once I add a particular client to my CRM I don’t have to worry about details and quote is generated so easily in few minutes. It is very easy to use from cell phones. I have very satisfied by this modern marketing platform.
This product has allowed me to manage and get a clearer view of my organization’s sales. With Insightly, I can organize all the information of my client and sort them on different categories, allowing me to have a faster way to approach them when needed. Its project management tools are also amazing although it’s not a product which it’s directed that way, it makes a great job to keep track of the way a project is going and create a timeline that can be used to see all the milestones and tasks. Insightly lets me manage multiple things in the same software, and it doesn’t get clogged up by too many features. My favorite feature is the calendar, which is highly intuitive and I can customize it whenever I want to fit my schedules, without duplicating events or causing mistakes that could lead to problems in my job. The integration with Gmail is interactive and it’s easy to send emails and assign tasks to people, without leaving the app. I like how this software is designed to have all the data from my client stored in one place for me to be able to improve my customer engagement workflow.
I wish the customer service was more attentive and responsive. I would also like to see more done to the Gmail gadget!

This application is satisfying. I would like to highlight its customer support response that matters for its name building. Customer support is quick, skilled and completely professional that brings complain solutions in seconds and makes the software user satisfy.
Insightly CRM is probably the most user friendly management app i've tried so far! It has a really small learning curve, unlike some other more complex tools. It's really easy to keep track of your work, of your team mate's work, and overall progress through the timeline. There's a feeling of satisfaction when you close items of your list and see that progress bar grow - it makes me want to close more tasks! And all of this is done on a beautifully designed app.
Insightly CRM is a smart tool for sales business management and it has all the basic features which let us easily manage our all task of sales. Social media integration is great and lets me introduce the product in front of the world.
Not so far, but Dashboards and Reports features are not well established in this tool so need more updates for better experience.

I really like the flexibility to create any type of workflow you need for any type of team. It's been extremely helpful to customize flows for our marketing team so they can look at a todo list as well as by calendar day.
Support is slow and the product development seems even slower. The premium features are not flexible and the price gets inflated very quickly. The mobile app often has problems syncing and sending notifications. The support is slow, even for premium members.
We are using Insightly for Project management and team's productivity improvement. This has help us keep track of who is doing what and avoid communication gaps.
