Previously, we used a competing affiliate platform that was difficult to navigate and had outdated features. It was tough to get any support, and there was very limited reporting abilities. Switching to Impact was a breath of fresh air. They have detailed metrics, a robust discovery platform, and their support is out of this world. They are constantly refining and adding on new features and really go the extra mile.

I want to find a way to track code use from Instagram, which seems like it would be an impossible feature to implement. But, they seem to have a team of geniuses, so maybe one day!

Can't click straight through to a campaign - frustrating ... Oh, biggest problem with Impact is it doesn't let me stay logged in for any length of time - can you let publishers just stay logged in?

Hmm... one thing I love is when the affiliate program managers send me the complete URL with my affiliate code embedded, along with pics, so I can post easily and quickly to social media - and I wish the sidebar link generator would self-generate the same kind of ads that come up easily on Facebook, but not on Twitter, and would be amazing to add Instagram and GETTR, too - maybe Pinterest?

I'm using different affiliate platforms for years but I like Impact most, because of its' easy to use interface, non-complex report pages and link creation widget. Even there are some simpler affiliate plaforms Impact helps me to control multiple partner accounts not only one.

For me, discovering & getting new affiliate partners could be better on Impact. Sometimes i got notifications but can not reach to provided partners. I think they should reconsider this process and they can offer more potential partners related to my actions. The second thing is I couldn't change my currency/bank account after i created my account. They want me to create another account but that's not easy if you want to get same partners to your board.

I am able to control multiple partners on Impact without hassle. Daily action reminders, and snaphot widget is helpful. I can easily create deeplinks for any products of my partners.

I love that you have the opportunity to work with the Affiliate Reps at the retailer you are advertising for. Most of the commissions are higher than they are with other platforms (a few exceptions). Zulily is my favorite retailer to work directly with.

Sometimes there are problems with creating links using the tool bar app and even in the platform. I also really wish all the retailers had more banners and Adds to use to use.

I would say impact does not communicate details to users; in my opinion, there should be more information as regards brands when it comes to the requirements

The most helpful on impact is the 27/7 support and the new features that impact is continuesly working on to meet the need of todays demand. What unique with this platform is that the developer is working smart to achieve a satisfactory level of service to the partners.

I like that impact is working on security feature development. but there are some down time that the platform is requiring the user to input multiple OTP to open your acount. specially while saving your device.

i will not consider these problems as my main work is using impact to deal on the publishers application. and the good thing is that impact made an action to prevent publisher to apply on the program not meeting its standard.
