There could be even more options for formating the text and creating assets as tables easier.
Hygraph is used by us to create a helpful contenthub for our customers. In other words: We use Hygraph as a easy-to-use blog system.
I actually needed to choose a CMS for the project we started working few months ago. Here are some reasons why we decided to go with Hygraph - versatile - easy to use - support team is fast and helpful - has good/ cheap bandwidth/ API calls/ user seats options - graphql !
No CMS is perfect, these are few things I think needs improvement but I can live without: - no easy integration with media management platforms like Cloudinary - Hygraph supports assets upload, which is nice, but you can't query only the fields you need from the assets, you need to get its entire data
We needed a content management solution for our multilanguage website. Hygraph provided
The platform is really user friendly. Every component that helps you edit your content is well chosen and designed. You just don't need to be a high-end developer to get grip on the fundamentals of Hygraph. In our university we use Hygraph to teach our students how to model data. Well... Hypgraph made it so easy that our students really get prepared before they jump into an abstract programming layer. With Hygraph we wrote a tool to keep track of the learning progress of our students. We started 2 years ago, and really... Hygraph has 0 days of downtime. So realibale, we are greatful we can work with a tool that is fun to work and teach with.
Because Hygraph is well developed and designed, you can clearly see the extra oppurtunities you can get out of the tool. Development takes time... The roadmap of Hygraph is well built and chosen and fits the needs of their users. Maybe we are not to patient enough :-).
We needed a platform that was user friendly enough to work with, even for people who are not used to a CMS or tech in general. With the easy accesible dashboard, our users can immediatly edit and upload new content.

Hygraph has a clean look, useful features, and a simple GraphQL API. No extra junk. No competitor comes close. In addition, their support team is very responsive and helpful.
No major issues so far, we do not use Hygraph at a large scale though.
We needed a clean system to manage the data of our company website.
The thing I like the most about Hygraph is the ability to quickly add fields and create a page. I have used other CMS, but I found Hygraph very easy to use.
The things I disliked was the limitation on not being able to add link to images.
Page creation is extremely easy which makes it easier to take pages live.
The ease of intergration and the flexibility it offers, including the locals, this makes it work with many different complex sites. Also, their support is always there to help whenever you need.
The lack of being able to add HTML to the free text editor for complex nested lists in T&C documents etc this was in previous versions
It solves multiple issues by having the flexibility of being a headless CMS system and having the documentation and support, making the product stable and robust.
I love that it's built on GraphQL, which is easy to use and faster fo development. Dashboad is easy to use and allows to distinc between prod and stagin environments!
Missing a third-party backup solutin for media and query data
Hygraph is allowing me to serve and manage content wthout having to maintan such system on my own. It's also frontend agnostic which means it can be plugged into any app, or mutile apps at ounce
Easily navigatable and quick to learn, especially for new users.
Grammarly extension doesn't apply to the rich text within data models. I would like to be able to proofread my text.
Its simplified development is great for users that consume it for the first time, including junior content managers such as myself.
