Their prices are fantastic, but if their servers were junk, any price wouldn't be justified. However, their server infrastructure is rock solid! You can spin-up a server in a minute and it's fast and extremely reliable.
There really isn't anything I can complain about with Hetzner. Their service is outstanding, the pricing is extremely competitive and the servers are fast, not just processing speed, but also uploads and downloads.
We use many, many servers for our website security business and have been moving all our servers over to Hetzner. We use them for our Kafka clusters, our malware scanners, everything!
With Hetzner, it's super easy to scale projects. We started with the smallest version at WEB HOSTING "LEVEL 1" and have since upgraded to "LEVEL 19". The dashboard is relatively clear, and you have a lot of freedom to adapt your servers as necessary for the particular projects. For all questions about products or changes/migrations or other wishes, the fantastic customer support is available.
On the whole, I am very satisfied with the services, the dashboard could be a little fancier, but of course the functionality is in the foreground, is therefore also no problem.
With Hetzner, we can manage many different websites in a single place. When migrating mailboxes from another mail server, Hetzner offers a migration service which has saved us many headaches. Above all, low-cost scalability is the biggest plus
Fast, simple and cheap. Everything great in a simple service. Would use it again depending on my needs. Tried the support they were quick to answer all my questions as well.
Personally I don't have any dislickes for now.
Simple domain registration on cheap prices. A lot of companies provide domain registration but tie themselves in some way to the domain. This isn't the case with Hetzner.
I like their pricing and how the platform is set up. The ease of use is not as optimized as say DigitalOcean but nonetheless it is very effective at getting my apps up and running at a very fair price and quality.
I wish they had some more features like DigitalOcean, but then I think that would also affect their pricing so I'm satisfied with how things are right now. I know they are making more changes/updates with time.
Great prices and a very stable service for me and our clients. We have been relying on their service for over 3 years now and despite testing other services, their service has truly been reliable.
It was simple and convenient at the time and provided shared hosting that we made use of for the start up of our business before Azure was evening a thing. Hetzner was great and very competitive at the time for pricing.
It was a lot of effort and manual maintenance and there was no ability to manage user access or sync with active directory or any other types of LDAP at the price point we were using at the time of use over 10 years ago.
Hetzner provided us with web hosting for our smaller websites that was off site and reasonably priced with databases and everything but it was all on shared hosting resources.
