Very easy to use and user friendly, I actually use Gusto for the 3 of the companies that I work for!

If you have a complex issue when using Gusto there is phone support but that may take some time.

My paystubs are super thorough. It's nice to see exactly where every dollar is going!
That I get logged out so fast. I understand that's a security thing though.
My companies last accountant wasn't very transparent in where my benifits were in the paystubs. It caused major issues in taxes, the new accountant used gusto fixed all of their mistakes and now everything is much more transparent.
I love the simplicity of the gusto interface, the dedicated rep that always responds to me and the upgrades that happen based on user feedback from the users.
I would love a less expensive tier just for single-member LLC's who are an Scorp and need quarterly or annual payroll runs for just themselves.

Gusto is very easy to set up, add employees, run payroll, pay taxes, etc. The system is pretty intuitive, so clients can easily manage their accounts.
The only issue I have with Gusto is sometimes it gives alerts for state tax issues in states where the company no longer has employees.

The web interface is easy and intuitive to use with great reminders, and Gusto stays on top of the laws and keeps us informed, which we really appreciate.

Gusto makes it very easy to prepare payroll and other employee reports. Also, the few times I've had to contact Gusto for something, their customer service reps were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Easy to run payroll. I like the FAQ section. Gusto Customer Service has always been responsive.

I think the biggest thing is how simple the app/website is to use! With all of the features, I know I will not miss a step in my paycheck, and I love getting updates regularly.

Everything is great. If I had my wish, they'd integrate bookkeeping into their product that was just as reasonably priced, intuitive, and easy to use.

Full of powerful features and yet the easiest system to navigate. Gusto is the 5th payroll company we have tried and it truly blows away the others. I enjoy the reports and time tracking system but my favorite is the customer service reps who really know their stuff. It's also very user-friendly for employees, and all this for a lower price than I paid with my last payroll system.
Honestly, I can't think of anything I dislike about Gusto.
Because the system is so easy to use, it has reduced my time as an administrator. Time tracking, PTO, payroll data, and reports are all simpler for me to obtain. I also do not need to spend as much time helping my staff because they can more easily find the info they need on their own.
That payroll and 401K integrates with Gusto. Payroll is fast and easy.
It can be tricky to make some customizations that are outside of standard business practices. Ex. : holidays

Payroll and Gusto has been doing a great job
I've gone through 3 payroll vendors, and Gusto, thus far, is the best for our needs. The system is user-friendly, and I like that the interface is accessible to the eyes. The tabs are easy to find and the system is just easy to navigate. They also have notices/news on the dashboard, which updates me on what's new and what I need to do. Oh, and their customer service is excellent! Keep it up, Gusto!
I honestly do not dislike anything about Gusto.
My issues were about taxes and applying garnishments to an employee's account. Gusto has helped me made to fix this thing quickly.
Payroll, tax, onboarding new team members. Integrated with mulitple services as well (e.g. Corpnet for biz registration across US states). Super simple to use.
Contractor mgmt options still limited. Org structure limited to full time employees, but sometimes useful to view team resource / capabilities across mix of employees, contractors, etc. by market. Esp with the prevalence of globally distributed, remote first teams these days.
Payroll, basic employee taxes, various state registrations. Makes it simple!
It is very easy to use. Being a remote bookkeeper, it is very simple to gather all necessary information to run smooth payrolls

User-friendly interface. I was able to navigate and run payroll/onboard employees without any training from Gusto support.
No live support if there is an issue. You need to email and they will get back to you. The holiday OT isn't automatic we need to adjust that manually when employees work on a holiday
We use their time tracking tools, and it is EXCELLENT. Very easy for employees to clock in/out. Keeps track of OT and PTO. We also use gusto for benefits, health insurance and 401k.
