Both the app and website interface have a dashboard that makes it easy to get the most important info each pay period: salary, vacation and sick leave used/balance, 401k contributions, etc. Simple, nice dashboard. Also makes it easy to get additional details.

Nothing. It's the only way to access payroll information at my organization.

Helps me keep up to date on current salary, year to date salary, leave balance, and whether or not expenses have been reimbursed

The customer service is incredible. I rate Gusto as one of my all time top 3 vendor choices. Product is very user friendly.

Payroll and benefits

It's bright, fun, and makes payroll as painless as possible. It literally takes care of everything for you. Need to file a new hire form with the state? It does that. Help you register for withholding? Clear instructions for your state. Need benefits? Insurance? It can either integrate with your provider or help you sign up through their partners. It takes care of everything so you don't have to think of it all and handle it on your own.

It can sometimes be frustrating switching back and forth between "admin" and "employee" profiles (requiring separate accounts with separate emails) if they are the same person. I wish it could be one account that you could switch between roles.

As an inexperienced HR professional in a small organization where I wear many hats, I love how simple it makes taking care of adding employees and running payroll.

I use Gusto for both of my businesses. It was really easy to learn how to use. They provide great tech support whenever I run into problems or have questions.

Data entry for payroll takes a bit longer than when I used ADP.

The online interface is very user friendly and Gusto makes it easy to manage your payroll independently. Whether it is straght payroll, bonuses, commissions, it is easy to navigate and there have been no errors or issues in the 7 months we've been using Gusto. Their communication is great too.

Their pricing was very competitive which is importnat to us as a very small non-profit.

Very easy to run payroll weekly. Easy to pull up the payroll reports. I see gusto as a growing company that will gain market share.

The reason I chose Gusto was ease of payroll for contractors that are domestic and International.

I have not experienced any down sides to using Gusto. There customer service is extremely helpful when I do have a question.
