too many sales contacts and leads in the same time, customer data in more than 3 applications, problem with raporting and forecasting. we connected frashsales with freshdesk - it works perfect
Visibility of leads in the pipeline according to stages of the deal. Also the automatic call pop up to record notes on the mobile app after you've called a lead is extremely convenient. Reports can be created and generated as desired
I think it will be nice to have all account details directly available when you click on a Deal instead of having to click on the linked account and then the linked contact.
I manage the end to end said process for a business vertical. Fresh sales helps in making the entire process streamlined. More visibility and no risk of duplication of effort in the team
With freshsales, I can do a content management with my product through a score. This is the best in my opinion.
With freshsales, I can't get a clear view of the timeliness of my deals in kanban view.

Our benefits with this programm, it's easy to track leads and contacst in different stages, so that succession is very easy. And you will never miss a task again.
The best thing is to keep track of all the activities you made with your customer. It helps us a lot when trying to reach all the goals our boss propose us. Also, it helps us know how to close a deal. It has a lot of information on it, it has easy to read tutorials on the data base.
It is hard to work with it when the Internet connection start decreasing. Meaning that you need to have the best internet connection ever. Sometimes it gets crazy when trying to get the data base. Also, we cannot export the .CSV information from the data feed sheet we have. That is something hard to use.
Is possible to keep track of the deals or new leads we are working with. It is hard to do that on paper. Also, we learn how to send cool emails to our clients

Price went up during our trial period -- wish I would have locked in pricing instead of the trial.
I am a visual person and I love seeing the pipeline in terms of values and deals at each stage versus the "lists" that all you can is "sort" in SalesForce.

As a CRM software, Freshsales is just unmatched. The ease of use, the addition of new features all the time, customer support and just my overall experience with it is amazing, I use it every single day in my job.
Every so often there will be an issue receiving my tracked emails notifications, but Freshsales is always quick to correct any issue that we have had.
I am a jeweler, I have a very large customer base and each of them is on the hunt for very specific pieces. Freshsales allows me to accurately track every single one of my customers and the pieces they're looking for.
We like to use Freshsales to reach out to prospects, follow them up and insure a good user experience along the way.
A join.me like feature incorporated into the product is missing.

I felt the best part of Freshsales was the customer support, they are timely and very efficient in answering my queries. I use Freshsales for the core features and I find what they offer is very adequate for my needs.
Perhaps an easier way to categorise and create customer views. Accidentally deleted one view and had to redo it from scratch.

Visually seeing my leads and plan my week. Being able to see all of my leads in one space is a big benefit as i can see what stage each lead is at and plan my week accordingly.
Nothing! A few website UI bugs. But they have all been ironed out now. There were a few issues whilst setting the website up but they have all been resolved now and everything is running smoothly now.
More effective time management, visually seeing what stage my leads are at, who I have contacted etc is a time saving tool especially with the automatic new lead assignment
Freshsales combined with other products such as Freshdesk have greatly contributed to improve our work flow and help us keep our focus on the customer.
