I like that Frase.io has a built-in AI content generator. Other tools require third party support for this feature. I also like that for what you get from Frase.io the price is very competitive and won't break your bank.

While the AI writing tools is great, it doesn't always make sections sound the greatest. However, that is kind of true with most AI tools. They are just a starting point.

The tool has been a great investment. I love the AI tools, content research and the ability to dive deep into competitor content research. The Frase tool has integrated with GPT, and the value has definitely been enhanced, allowing he devs to focus on new and exciting tool development.

There is nothing I dislike about this tool. Each improvement the team has made has been to my satisfaction.

Aside from its ease of use (it took me 5 minutes to get started), I love the innovative side of the software and how it helps me as a dev translate difficult-to-understand content into simple language that I can pass on to my users. On top of that, it allows me to generate marketing content my uncreative mind would never dream of coming up with. Frase is not just a piece of software I use; it has become part of my team. On top of it all, the company really seems to care about their user base. For instance, I was once late with my payment due to a client not paying me on time, and after I wrote them a ticket explaining the situation, their response was basically, "don't worry about it; you'll pay us back when you can." It really goes to show they see you as more than just a number on their balance sheet, but as a real person who may depend on their services to run their business.

I honestly can't come up with any criticism towards either the software or the company. Perhaps the pricing is a little bit steep for someone just launching their businesses, but it is a premium (and definitely merits its place as one), so you pay accordingly.

First of all, it helps me simplify complicated language and documentation in a manner that my clients or users can easily understand. And it does so with incredible accuracy, given we're speaking of complicated concepts. Secondly, as I mentioned before, it generates exceptionally effective marketing material that I use for brand awareness. It also helps generate content for my blog, which needs little to no revisions. And finally, it helps answer customer questions on my website through the bot they offer, which gets more accurate every day due to its machine learning-based back-end.

There are so many things I like, it's hard to narrow it down but primarily it's the ease of use. Frase is so well-designed UX-wise that you really don't need a lot of onboarding to figure it out the first time around. The brief writing tool is quick and easy to use. I love the templates. I used the template and then merged it with other templates I had to create my own. I love the AI writing tool. It's easy to use & extremely fast. I use it to craft draft outlines for briefs & writers. I also use it for copywriting where I'm not the subject-matter expert & I need to create a first draft outline. It removes writer's block completely. Finally, the optimisation tool is easy to use, making SEO fast and painless. The only tools I"d love to see (one day - I know I'm asking a lot!) is a Hemmingway plugin so the grade-level tips can be integrated as you edit copy & also it'd be great if suggested keywords were highlighted to prompt you to swap out words that can be replaced with alternate keywords.

Nothing comes to mind. I've mentioned a few things to add in the above.

I have a very small team (me for content commissioning & editing, a web publisher, a developer & an illustrator only) so Frase allows me to produce, publish & distribute content fast at low cost to grow F4S' reach via SEO fast.

Frase's workflow is well thought, from keyword research, then competitor analysis, SERP and AI writing, is complete and all the capabilities are well implemented

I can't think in a bad aspect of the software, the pricing is good, they listing to their customers, the workflows and UX are great, I think it will keep growing
